まつちよThis is a new wine from Rokune. This is my first time drinking Tiger Eye. There is little or no top-fragrance. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity with a hint of sweetness. It has a full-bodied umami flavor, and it finishes quickly. It is a calm sake with a slightly dry taste, typical of Rokune. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink. It was delicious!

悠At Aomori Souls in Kameido, Tokyo. This sake is named after "Yoimiya," the night before the Hirosaki festival. The rice used is 100% Akita Sake Komachi. The acidity is tangy and refreshing. The acidity is crisp and refreshing, but it is also heavy with a strong alcoholic flavor. The sake alone is a bit heavy. Date of manufacture: June 2023 Release date: June 24, 2023

I got into a discussion with my sake buddies 🤔 My sake buddy says it's the water and rice I think it's the rice and yeast. I wonder what it actually is 😆🍶✨✨ It's one day tomorrow this year 😆✨✨✨

Saru808🐒This Sake has a good balance of sweetness and dryness. There is a full mouth feel and is cotton candy sweet. I like that the dryness of this Sake is not too strong. This Sake did win a Grand Gold Medal for the Fine Sake Awards Japan 2023.
