☀️
Masamune hunters go today🍶.
I found an undrinkable Masamune at "TABI BAR & CAFE SUZUVEL" 😆.
It is a Masamune brewed by Obata Shuzo, famous for Manotsuru.
It has a mineral aroma 😳.
Clean herbal mouthfeel 🌿.
The aroma is so rich that the sensation of sake fades 🫥.
Rice flavor🌾 masks the sweetness and acidity, and the ginjo aroma stimulates the nose.
It leaves a slight bitterness and astringency in the aftertaste🙄.
It was a new drinking experience with a unique flavor 🤗.
How cool to "speak without speaking" 🤩.
I thought I should come up with a catchphrase like "Nice Masamune without talking about it" ❓🤣.
Nice Masamune👍
Hi Hiro 😃
Your attitude to keep searching for Masamune at all times! I admire you 🥹cool expression ‼️
And "talk without drinking" sounds annoying 😅.
'Sleep without getting drunk😪' is troublesome and I'd love to meet someone who 'drinks without buying' 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
I was looking for "Masamune" when I looked at the menu. It's totally a curse ☠️
"Don't drink, buy a drink"...maybe if you're in the port area and you're a daddy's boy 😆 Well, they won't buy you a drink for an old man 🤣.
Finally opened a bottle of sake I bought in Otaru the year before last.
It is delicious with a soft, sweet mouthfeel, followed by a beautiful acidity that leaves a clean aftertaste of umami and acidity.
Tasty mouthfeel with a touch of dryness
Aroma: Fruity, smooth attack. Taste: Dry and almost umami. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied.
This sake brewery brews dry Manotsuru. They also make this kind of sake 🤣.
Standing drinking at Asano Sake KYOTO (2)
Sake brewed by the same brewery as Manotsuru
The specs are not written so much on purpose.
It has a sweet aroma of tropical fruits.
It has a sweet aroma of tropical fruits, and the taste is quite sweet and rich!
But it is not too bitter, and one glass is not too strong at all, and even easy to drink.
In my opinion, it became my favorite among Obata Brewery's products. ✨️
2020, aged sake stored at ice temperature.
Is this the same place as Sado Island's sake, Gagakuyo?
This Sashu Masamune has a round mouthfeel, probably because it is an aged type.
However, it has a sharp taste!
We already enjoyed it with oden as a snack!
I found a sake I was interested in at Liquor Jack!
The owner says, "There are only a few, so the early bird gets the worm", so I took him up on his offer and bought it.
He was right. It has a dry aftertaste from sweetness.
It was very tasty!
Purchased at Asano Sannomiya Japanese Sake Shop.
It has a rich flavor and a tangy spiciness.
It is the kind of sake that changes its flavor depending on what you eat with it.
Drinking at home on a Sunday at this time of the day is both extravagant and unhealthy💦.
Pair it with straw fish sashimi.
It has a melon-like fruity sweetness that is cut by a clean acidity. The lingering fruitiness on the nose is also pleasant.
Manotsuru's Obata Shuzo's reissued brand "Sashu Masamune".
Sado Island was formerly called "Sashu," and the name was used until shortly after World War II.
This brand name was used until shortly after the war.
It was used until shortly after the end of World War II. It may be about 15 years before the birth of His Majesty the Emperor, who celebrates his birthday today.
Details are unknown.
A small quantity limited edition sake that speaks for itself.
The aroma is of gorgeous pears and firm, hard rice, with a gentle, natural, floral aroma.
It is fresh and clean.
It is fresh, with a refreshing acidity, a hint of bitterness, and a spicy, slowly rich flavor.
Spicy and rich flavor.
It is sharp and dry.
It is delicious.
Happy Birthday, Emperor! Happy Birthday to His Majesty the Emperor!
February holiday, thank goodness!

This time, the vessel was also Mumyoi ware from Sado Island.
The sweet melon-like fruitiness of the mouthfeel is followed by a beautiful acidity, leaving a lingering sense of umami and subtle acidity that is delicious.
