Maybe too sweet
Hot sake. It's a type with a lot of flavor, but it's a little light.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you get a strong sensation, but the aftertaste is light and refreshing.
It's a good all-rounder if you have a bottle, but I wouldn't keep drinking it.
This is my first brewery.
I thought it was a Showa era sake, but it has a clean and refreshing taste. I thought it was a Fukushima-style sake, but it was more along the lines of Tobiroki.
tkmt-san Good evening, I think this is a winning brand. It's just a feeling because it's a lineage and I've only drunk Junmai. Please drink it and report back to us!
Hiyaoroshi from Toyokuni Sake Brewery in Sakashita ^^*.
It has a clean aroma and a soft acidity like apples and pears when you taste it 🤤 yet it has a sharp yet rich flavor☺.
It was an excellent pairing with simmered taro 🤤.
A young sake brewer enthusiastically told me that it had a delicious taste, so I took the plunge and bought it.
It is indeed delicious. If I had wanted it to be a little more sour, it would have cut through the bitterness.
It is a pleasure to encounter it at a demonstration sale.
