Rice: Bizen Omachi
Light mouthfeel Slightly sweet, the aroma of rice and lactic acid bacteria sourness at the beginning. Good bitterness on the side of the tongue.
Yesterday we got this one from Sota's Hump Society. It's 12% alcohol by volume and it's very refreshing, so it's a new kind of drink. If you are a true sake lover, it may not be enough for you.
This one was brewed with "Fuku-no-ka", a new rice from Fukushima Prefecture that is suitable for brewing.
It had a full aroma of rice and tasted like a fine champagne if you included it ^^* Personally Champagne gives me a hangover, but this one is rice, so I'm glad it doesn't give me a hangover 🤤
I'm glad I enjoyed it as a pre-dinner and sipping drink ^^*.
