This will be my first time to try Kisenzan.
It has a sake level of -15 and an acidity of 3.0, which is quite impressive 🙄.
I forgot to take a picture of the glass, but it looks light nigori, as if it was bottled straight from the bag.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of koji malt.
In the mouth, there is a juicy sweetness like a syrup with a tangy sourness on the tip of the tongue.
It finishes with a slight astringency.
A little sweet, but delicious ✨.
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 15%.
This is the first brand I have seen.
The balance of sweetness and sourness is to my taste. It has a fruity sweet and sour taste. It is light and has a good sharpness.
It was easy to drink and I ended up drinking it like juice.
Delicious. The umami (and spiciness on the second day) spreads over the palate. At the end of drinking, the sake's typical aroma spreads quickly and the taste disappears. It is truly delicious.
