Returning to the mountains (after 3 months)
So, this is the extra edition of "Back to the Mountain"!
The last one was delicious...I have high expectations for it!
Ahhh, this one is good (smiling).
Although the aroma is a little alty, when you drink it, it is easy to drink with a slight sweetness and not too strong acidity.
In other words, it's the type of beer that makes you drink too much of it and get sick of it.
The aftertaste is not too harsh, and it finishes dry with a light bitterness, so I think it is also good during a meal.
This is good! It's so refreshing!
Yesterday, karaoke with friends, futsu
A drink there (*^^*).
It is super dry. It has a bitter taste.
There is little sweetness, so the aftertaste is refreshing. It is an aperitif.
It's cold again today, so I'm going to have oyster nabe. Let's warm up.
Before I knew it, the restaurant was full as I was having my first drink. The counter next to us was also filled. As usual, the lady was very busy. I timed my next order. I asked her if she had any good heated sake. She told me they had a specialty sake called Kizan, which I had never seen before. It was the first time I had ever seen it. I took it in a 1 gou tokuguri (a small sake cup). It is dry but round. It is dry but mild, with just the right amount of acidity to make it easy to drink. I look forward to drinking it again this year.
New Year's sake review. At my favorite restaurant in Nagano city.
Peach/banana type sweetness came in, and while the sweetness was quite noticeable, there was also a richness at the back, with no bitterness just before it became sticky, leaving a lingering aftertaste.
It is a little different from the lush sake I like, but I thought many people might like it, so I looked at a liquor store in a station building and found a bottle that was sold out.
Kiyama Extra Edition Junmai Ginjo Fukuro Shiboribori
I see that the reading is "Kizan". I was lost because there was a person who read the same character as "Kaeriyama".
Slightly cloudy. Slight sourness? It was very tasty!
This is a travel sake. Obtained at 7-Eleven Asahi Akita store.
The label is backwards because the sake is usually sweet, but it was brewed as dry as possible.
It is a little bit strong when served cold, but mild and pleasant when heated.
I may or may not have taken it before. I happened to see it and bought it.
According to the clerk, the back side is more popular than the front side. I was a bit radical and said, "Why don't they put this one on the front? I was surprised to hear a little radical comment like, "Why don't they put the front side on the back?
The softness of the soft water is impressive. +It is 10 degrees Celsius, so it is quite easy to drink, although it does have a bit of spiciness. The moment it enters the mouth, you feel a little bit of sweetness, but it turns pungent in the middle and turns bitter in the end. It then turns bitter and finishes with spiciness.
It seems to be a little hard, perhaps because it is a draft sake, so I would like to let it sit for a while.
At the usual Shizukiya
First sake of the day!
It is said to be heated sake 🍶.
I don't care, I'll have it at room temperature.
It's a very easy to drink sake. It has both riceiness and sweetness.
It has both riceiness and sweetness!
Well, it's easy to drink!
It's a good sake with no habits.
The fact that it has a slight yellow tinge to it
It's even better!
I think this kind of sake is called
I guess it's called an everyday sake.
The second day
My friend and I drank it together.
It was refreshing and gentle.
We had about 8 gou of sake left, but it was empty.
It was heated up so we were fine the next day 😃.
More fun for the winter 😊.
