Strong alcohol at first, then some rice cake and lactose.
Mild mouthfeel, with sour cream and butter sensation, alcohol is still strong, and the rawness is not obvious. The finish is medium-bodied, with some bitterness and burning. The aftertaste has a sense of rice bran.
