I bought a bottle of this sake because the brand seems to be very popular recently. No doubt the craftmanship is the best but it is not my kind of sake. Too thin and too low on alcohol.
It is brewed by Hidehiko Matsumuto in Tomita Shuzo.
Rice: Yamada Nishiki, alc.: 13%
Aroma is subdued. It smells of rice. The flavor is fruity and sharp at the begining followed by umami and sweetness of rice. Not too sweet though. Could not feel any alcohol. It is very light and fresh sake with short finish.

The last of our daily drinking comparison is the Tomita Shuzo version of Shichibonshari.
Reunited with the first collaboration sake we drank 😆.
When I drank it by itself, I was analyzing the flavor well, but the sourness of the Sengoku version pushed me to think it was simple! 😅
But it's a gem with excellent balance, though some flavors are not missing 😋.
Even though they didn't have the same flavor, each one was definitely delicious with its own one-of-a-kind flavor 😉 😉.
I didn't come across the Shiraito version of Shinmasa, but sake is really deep, with the same specs, but different breweries can make it taste so many different flavors 🤗🤗.

The second one recommended to drink is the Sentori version that we were miraculously able to drink at home this season.
It is more flavorful when you compare the two 😋😋.
The clearly noticeable acidic flavor is what makes Sentori so unique... 😆.
The refreshing and refreshing taste is perfect for this season 👍
The tempura is served hot and fresh one by one, so it was great to enjoy it without missing any delicious moments 🤤🤤.

I was not able to make it due to work, but I hope to be able to make it next time 👍👍.
So there were 4 members: Haruei Chichi, Rika, first timer kuropiso and me.
The first drink we selected was "Nichinichi Musha Shugyo Sanbrothers" as we sat down and looked at the lineup lined up in the refrigerator.
It's fun just looking at the fridge... 😆.
I didn't notice the difference in the labels until I saw them all side by side!
I thought they were all the same, but they have slightly different designs 😲😲.
First of all, I'll start with the Hana no Kou Ver, as recommended by the store.
It had a good balance of sweetness, umami and acidity, and was the best of the three sakes today 😋😋.
The other two sakes were also good, so I'll just say that they were the best for my condition today.
But still, it's so good it's bad!
I'm not sure what to think about the taste.... 🤣

This is the last in the Musha Shugyo series. SENKIN's Nichinichi has a tangy acidity and fruity taste in the mouth, yet it has a calm and smooth texture on the tongue. I can taste Sengoku in some places, and it is probably my favorite flavor in the Musha Shugyo series.
I have the impression that the Musha Shugyo series is becoming more and more to my liking, and I am looking forward to the Proper Sake, which has finally started in earnest.
