This sake is from Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
I bought it at a discount price at a nearby supermarket.
It's been a long time since I've had sake from Ishikawa. Even though I am from a neighboring prefecture.
It has a strong hiney aroma and a yellowish color.
It has a strong sweetness, followed by a sharp spiciness.
After the spiciness is gone, the aftertaste is like that of a sweet persimmon.
How about when it is heated?
The spiciness drifts away, and then a plum-like flavor comes in.
Then, a sourness like plums and a refreshing aroma.
Oh, it's so pleasant.
I think it would be better with warmed sake.
Nakano Tori-En, the last day of the third run, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Pref.
It has a robustness and rich rice flavor that is quite different from the lightness of the second bottle. The back of the bottle says to drink it cold, but I thought it was better warmed up.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Alcoholic strength: 15
The color is slightly yellowish, although it is not considered to have been aged. It has a clear, soft, jungin-like mouthfeel with a firm umami flavor.
It has a sake-like alcohol taste, but it has a nice sharpness that makes it a good mid-meal sake. By the way, I'm on a trip to Izu right now, looking forward to buying some Shizuoka sake on the way home!

Fukumitsuya
A friend of mine recommended this sake, but I couldn't find it at regular liquor stores, so I bought it for him.
This time it was served cold.
It has a nice dry taste with a little bit of rice flavor or habit.
It has a nice sharpness that is typical of Fukumitsuya.
It was recommended to be served hot, so I would like to try it.
I think I might like it better heated because it seems to be similar to Kurobelt.

Alcohol content 16%.
