A bottle of sake arrived from Iwate. It was from a crowdfunding campaign to raise money to rebuild a brewery that was destroyed by the earthquake and snow. One of the three bottles that the taxi driver bought because he didn't want to be unable to drink it anymore. It is full of miscellaneous flavors reminiscent of Taxi Driver. In addition, it has a fresh sweetness and a strong acidity. The cherry flavors are there, but the overwhelmingly weedy flavors won't be lost on bonito sashimi or fried liver. It's not that it goes well with everything, but it just doesn't lose! I like strong sake that asserts itself strongly.

That's a great name. You may or may not like the feeling of rice bran. The alcohol content is high! It's 17 degrees. ★★☆☆☆

Tanmoto Shoten 1,650 yen. The label was created by a too famous artist in the gay painting world to pray for the revival of Iwate Prefecture's naked festival, "Sumin Matsuri", but the impact of the appearance is a different and gentle drink. It has a green apple-like aroma and a unique bitterness that spreads to the palate, but it is crisp and refreshing. I bought it because Taxi Driver was out of stock, but it was a product that touched on the stance of the brewery. Mr. Kikumori Shuzo who is famous for Takudora. The label is blown away. It has a strong sense of carbonation. There is not so much sweetness, and the rice flavor is strong as it is for Nigori. Is it a little hard when you just opened it? Let's leave it alone for a bit.

ラベルを見て興味を引かれたので購入。メロンや洋梨のような香りが穏やかに感じられ、口当たりは甘さがガツンとくる。生原酒特有の重さが最後まで続き、食中酒というよりも単独でいただく方がお勧め。今回購入したものは日本酒度－１とやや甘口であるが、過去には＋４と辛口の年もあるなど酒質が一定でないところも面白い。
