Yakitori today✨ I love to eat yakitori at home because I can eat a full meal with many different kinds of yakitori! Tateyama is a refreshing and elegant sake that goes well with yakitori ✨Sake goes down easy 🍶✨.

I tried Tateyama's ginjo-shu for the first time, but Toyama's sake seems to suit my taste and I end up drinking too much of it.

いか
It has a fermented aroma and, as you can imagine, a pre-Ginjo taste. However, it is also moderate and not at all harsh. There is not much of a lingering taste at all, and there is a slight sweetness. It gives the impression of a very easy-drinking sake without ginjo. Delicious.
