After all, the label changed and the spiciness became more mature. Next time, I will ask my friend who only drinks Tateyama what he thinks of it.
We had it at a kaku-uchi.
According to the brewer, "We brought this for sale, but we sold too much, so it is only for kaku-uchi. It is unfiltered, yet it is clear and free of any cloying flavors. The sweetness and umami of Aizan could be felt. It was delicious.
I was enjoying seafood with Kurobe Gorge (Nodoguro label) when the sake ran out first, so I opened the bottle with gusto.
The aroma was moderate, and the sweetness and umami were only slightly sweet and refreshing. I felt that it left a lingering aftertaste, better or worse than the Kurobe Gorge that I had drunk earlier. (I like sake, but it is not strong, so my impression of this second drink is vague...)

Yesterday, I participated in a neighborhood association activity in the rain. After the work was finished, we had a get-together in the afternoon.
One of our neighbors won a prize at a carp show and this sake was the extra prize. We were served this sake to congratulate the winners.
The label has been renewed since October, and it has a retro look instead of the previous tanzaku type label.
I enjoyed it at room temperature, but I felt that the taste had changed to be more refreshing and mild.
Is it my imagination?
On a business trip to Toyama, I was told that the horse was out of the race and that I had no chance of winning, so I went to my room and drank in a daze.
I bought this sake out of curiosity, but it was quite easy to drink. It is not peculiar, so it would be good as a food sake. It is also good for its cost performance!
