Yakitori today✨
I love to eat yakitori at home because I can eat a full meal with many different kinds of yakitori!
Tateyama is a refreshing and elegant sake that goes well with yakitori ✨Sake goes down easy 🍶✨.
Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture, produced by Tateyama Shuzo Co.
Alcohol content is between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius.
Polishing ratio: Koji rice 59%, Kake rice 59
It has a fermented aroma and, as you can imagine, a pre-Ginjo taste.
However, it is also moderate and not at all harsh.
There is not much of a lingering taste at all, and there is a slight sweetness.
It gives the impression of a very easy-drinking sake without ginjo.
Delicious.
