A very auspicious sake brewery in the neighborhood of Kashihara Shrine.
Sake is a royal Junmai sake with light acidity.
It becomes softer when heated.
I was happy to have visited many sake breweries from Kinosaki to Yonago on my adult travel itinerary.
I'm glad I visited so many sake breweries!
I saw a cup of Kasumitsuru heated in a hot spring, but I think it would be very hot if heated in a hot spring!
I wonder if Kouzutsuru would be okay.
Good evening, Shinjo-san. Mr. Mitamura, you were heating a cup of Kasumitsuru sake in a hot spring 😆 It may be very hot, but it looks very tasty from the TV picture. I see you are drinking Gyogiku 😅.
Good evening.
I'd like to go to Yumura Onsen right now and do it.
I'd like to try it just once.
I have a bottle of Kajutsuru, but it's already been posted...
Happy New Year, Shinsho!
Heating up hot water in a hot spring, I want to try it 🤣❗️
I think a regular hot spring would only be lukewarm, but you didn't make hot sake from uncooled spring water, did you?
Happy New Year(*)
Here in Yumura Onsen, you can boil eggs in the 98 degree spring water!
Mr. Mitamura also said it was hot!
The timing seems to be very difficult, but it's interesting too!
Shinjou, every time ❗️
Sorry for the delay but Happy New Year 🎍.
I look forward to working with you again this year 🤲.
I probably never had a cup of Miyogiku, but if it's near Kashihara Shrine, I'd love to go there...
Happy New Year!
I have been distracted by the earthquake, etc., and this is my first post.
There are many kinds of chrysanthemums, so it is possible that some of them are suitable for your type.
Kashihara Shrine is still wonderful, so please come!
Good morning.
I went to Kashihara Shrine last year when it was open, and I could see how wonderful it is.
It is truly the realm of God.
I'll have to try the almost-boiling hot sake.
I have some Kozutsuru and will try it today when it's cold!
Another sake brewery visit.
Whenever I pass by a sake brewery on my travels, I can't help but buy some.
This time, I went to Kita Sake Brewery and bought this sake.
It is a very good sake with a good flavor.
It has the aroma of a junmai ginjo, but it also has a strong and robust flavor.
It is very drinkable.
4.3/5.0
Musashi no Kuni no Sake Matsuri 2023🍶Cheers to Sake! Beautiful Sake from all over Japan! Plaza next to the approach to Okunitama Shrine in Fuchu City⛩️
You are welcome to use the weekend!
I'm on a journey to the ancient liquors of the past.
It was nice to play with the deer🦌 ❣️
Kita Sake Brewery was established in Kashihara, the birthplace of the Yamato culture, surrounded by the three mountains of Yamato (Mt. Unebi, Mt. Kaku, and Mt. Miminari) in Nara, in the 3rd year of Kyoho era.
with brewing alcohol
For some unfounded reason, until now
I have not been drinking much, but...,
Nanicore Oishie 😍😍😍😍.
Just the right amount of sweetness
The alcohol has a nice sharpness!
It was an excellent food wine!
The deer were so cute ❤️
Good evening Asanami 🍶.
I love your trip to Nara!
I'm also planning to go on a sake drinking trip to Nara in November and I'm thinking of visiting Okura and Hanaboe to see their breweries.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san!
My trip to Nara was a physical challenge. It was so big and wide 😅😅I have good memories of fighting with deer 🦌! I have good memories of fighting with 😅deer🦌. I hope you enjoy an elegant tour of sake breweries. Hanaboe's Miyoshino Brewery sounds like a great place 😁.
Hi Asanami!
I see you were in Nara! I've never had this drink, I'll look for it when I go there ❣️
I'm slightly afraid of 🦌 since I got kicked when I was little🤣.
Hi Pon! I know 🦌It's cute but scary, isn't it? I've only had Kaze no Mori, Shinomine, and Mimuro Sugi as my only drinks in Nara, so I'm very interested in the history and depth of Nara's sake!
Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine.
I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake.
It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks!
It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability!
It is even better when heated!
This is wonderful!
I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles!
Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing!
It was scary!
Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child.
Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite.
I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.
Shinjou-san, every time ❗️
How enviable to be at the Kashihara Jingu Shrine after the Ise Jingu Shrine!
It's a sacred place that makes me tense up no matter how many times I go there...
(Maido here...
From Ise Shrine to Kashihara Shrine
I feel like the Emperor of Japan!
I went to so many great temples and shrines when I was a kid that I didn't get to visit them as an adult.
I wish I had gone there earlier.
<Classic, Yuzu Zu Zu Zu Zu Zu
Start with snow cold (5℃).
The aroma is classic honey-sweet rice flavor.
In the mouth, it is sweet and sour. The sweetness of honey and citrus acidity. From there, the umami and acidity come in fast. Oh, it is delicious! The taste is also very classic.
When it is at room temperature, the flavor is even more pronounced. Sweet and sour from the start. The umami is also very strong. It is a very solid classic. It is powerful. Yet, it is delicious without any cloying taste! The honey flavor and aroma are also pleasant.
I recommend trying different temperatures, from snow-cold to room temperature, as each has its own deliciousness. I didn't try it this time, but it looks good lukewarm as well. I don't know about hot heating, but I would like to try it next time.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, I would say it's like the guy in "The Wind Rises" who appears in one scene early in the movie, "ain't he a nice guy? Hey, Okinu-bo" guy. He has a strong core and a masculine sex appeal. You're a good man. Woo hoo.

At home.
The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️.
Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there.
The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness?
For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes.
There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.
Good evening, purple pride 🍶.
I'm almost local but haven't been 😭 I remember tasting it at a department store event.
Nara sake on its own, I like the minor route 😋.
Next time around Yoshino... 🤗
Good evening, Tsukemogami-san.
I have started to go around the Nara Sake without permission, and I feel that all the breweries are selling their products with confidence in their respective products (of course).
I️ will try to taste them carefully.
Nama sake → easy to drink, refreshing like water
Aroma of Yamato→Kicky, with a hard aftertaste
Yamato→Middle of the three! Slightly aromatic with a clean mouthfeel.
Asukagawa→You can taste the rice flavor of sake the best, and the aroma and taste are a little stronger
My boss is addicted to the "Bodhi" and "Mizu" yeast mashup method.
He told me that he went to Shorekiji Temple... and he gave me this as a gift.
I opened the bottle.
The acidity was soft and gentle. The acidity is soft and gentle. The flavor comes from the softer acidity than I expected, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing.
Indeed, the soft acidity is beautiful and clear. And the faint fragrance is gorgeous. Classy.
High level~!
When I receive an explanation of a famous sake, I am reminded of its depth.
There are many things that I don't notice.
It's fun to notice.
The level is high.
