Tasting at Nara Izumi Yusai Tasting a variety of Nara's sake at a store that has a full lineup of sake and sake tasting facilities! We were interested in this sake brewery because they also make mizu-hashiroshi, a sake from Kashihara City, Nara ✨. The sake had a long-lasting lactic acidity that came after putting it in the mouth, which was typical of mizu-hashiroshi! I guess it was because it was cold brewed afterwards. It has a rice flavor and bitterness that lingers afterwards! It was rather easy to drink.

The first right, a local sake from Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture. This one also has a classical flavor, astringency, and acidity, but it may have a stronger sake taste than the Kashihara City sake we compared 🤔. It seems to be a sake dedicated to Kashihara Shrine.

Kita Shuzo MIYOGIKU Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shuzake This brewery is located in Kashihara City, Nara Prefecture. The sake rice is "Rohafu" produced in Nara Prefecture. The yeast is "Yamanokami" also from Nara Prefecture. Slightly sweet aroma and soft taste. The harmony between the acidity and the umami of the rice is good. #Japanese Sake

@Tachi no Miya Miyokiku" is a standing bar located at the ticket gate of Kashihara Jingu-mae Station. They changed the name to hiragana because some people call it "Miyogiku" or "Shirokiku". It is under the direct management of Kita Sake Brewery, and they only carry sake from this brewery. The sake is easy to drink and has no peculiarities. Thank you very much.

I had an image of junmai sake as being smooth and lacking in punch. I had an image of junmai sake as being dry and lacking punch, but this one had a ginjo aroma and was delicious. It was delicious. It also had a slightly carbonated taste, so it wasn't too bitter. A bottle was gone in no time... Is that always the case...

A very auspicious sake brewery in the neighborhood of Kashihara Shrine. Sake is a royal Junmai sake with light acidity. It becomes softer when heated. I was happy to have visited many sake breweries from Kinosaki to Yonago on my adult travel itinerary. I'm glad I visited so many sake breweries! I saw a cup of Kasumitsuru heated in a hot spring, but I think it would be very hot if heated in a hot spring! I wonder if Kouzutsuru would be okay.

Good evening, Shinjo-san. Mr. Mitamura, you were heating a cup of Kasumitsuru sake in a hot spring 😆 It may be very hot, but it looks very tasty from the TV picture. I see you are drinking Gyogiku 😅.

Happy New Year, Shinsho! Heating up hot water in a hot spring, I want to try it 🤣❗️ I think a regular hot spring would only be lukewarm, but you didn't make hot sake from uncooled spring water, did you?

Happy New Year(*) Here in Yumura Onsen, you can boil eggs in the 98 degree spring water! Mr. Mitamura also said it was hot! The timing seems to be very difficult, but it's interesting too!

Shinjou, every time ❗️ Sorry for the delay but Happy New Year 🎍. I look forward to working with you again this year 🤲. I probably never had a cup of Miyogiku, but if it's near Kashihara Shrine, I'd love to go there...

Happy New Year! I have been distracted by the earthquake, etc., and this is my first post. There are many kinds of chrysanthemums, so it is possible that some of them are suitable for your type. Kashihara Shrine is still wonderful, so please come!

Good morning. I went to Kashihara Shrine last year when it was open, and I could see how wonderful it is. It is truly the realm of God. I'll have to try the almost-boiling hot sake. I have some Kozutsuru and will try it today when it's cold!

Another sake brewery visit. Whenever I pass by a sake brewery on my travels, I can't help but buy some. This time, I went to Kita Sake Brewery and bought this sake. It is a very good sake with a good flavor. It has the aroma of a junmai ginjo, but it also has a strong and robust flavor. It is very drinkable. 4.3/5.0

You are welcome to use the weekend! I'm on a journey to the ancient liquors of the past. It was nice to play with the deer🦌 ❣️ Kita Sake Brewery was established in Kashihara, the birthplace of the Yamato culture, surrounded by the three mountains of Yamato (Mt. Unebi, Mt. Kaku, and Mt. Miminari) in Nara, in the 3rd year of Kyoho era. with brewing alcohol For some unfounded reason, until now I have not been drinking much, but..., Nanicore Oishie 😍😍😍😍. Just the right amount of sweetness The alcohol has a nice sharpness! It was an excellent food wine! The deer were so cute ❤️

Hi Pon! I know 🦌It's cute but scary, isn't it? I've only had Kaze no Mori, Shinomine, and Mimuro Sugi as my only drinks in Nara, so I'm very interested in the history and depth of Nara's sake!

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.

(Maido here... From Ise Shrine to Kashihara Shrine I feel like the Emperor of Japan! I went to so many great temples and shrines when I was a kid that I didn't get to visit them as an adult. I wish I had gone there earlier.
