Tasting a variety of Nara's sake at a store that has a full lineup of sake and sake tasting facilities!
We were interested in this sake brewery because they also make mizu-hashiroshi, a sake from Kashihara City, Nara ✨.
The sake had a long-lasting lactic acidity that came after putting it in the mouth, which was typical of mizu-hashiroshi!
I guess it was because it was cold brewed afterwards.
It has a rice flavor and bitterness that lingers afterwards!
It was rather easy to drink.
