The color is quite yellow to green. More rice-like, mildly spicy, spicy and crisp when paired with medina sashimi😳.
At 50 degrees, the sweetness increases, and the spiciness comes later. At 55 degrees, the spiciness is crisp to sweet, and it's very good with crab legs ⤴️.

所用で銀座に行きがてら、前月の長野県旅行で蔵元の岡崎酒造さんから紹介された夢のような村「信州おさけ村」で好みを伝えたら出された日本酒の１本(左)

缶酒の帝王と言えば菊水ふなぐちであるが、昨今の缶酒は菊水ふなぐちに寄せる味にしている傾向にあるように思える。この御園竹はいかに？ポイントは缶なのに｢生｣、そして｢熟成｣だ。ぜったい寄せてくる。
ツナ缶を開けるようにつまみを引きご対面。香りは、、甘さを含む熟成香。間違いない。あれがくる。
一口目。。アレだ。。
甘み、旨み、ジューシー、フレッシュが口の中を駆け巡る。アレと比べるとややスッキリ感。アレはラーメンで例えれば二郎や家系のようなものなのでこれぐらいのスッキリが◎。ぐいぐいと口に運びすぐごちそうさま。
複雑な料理に合わせると料理の繊細さが負けてしまうので、さきイカや乾き物なんかがgoodだ。
久しぶりにアレの｢赤缶｣でも飲みたくなってきた。
