Last night we enjoyed #Misonotake, a rich, mellow, delicious sake from #Takeshige Honke Sake Brewery in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture.
Various delightful nuances from aging, sweet and sour, prunes, plums, nuts....
We enjoyed it with bean sprout dandan nabe 😊.
