Miyamanishiki Junmaishu
I bought this because of the label. This is my favorite strain of flavor. I found it to be sour and crisp, but my mom described it as a rich taste. That's about it.

I had seen Morishima on the online shop before and was curious about it, but when I happened to stop by a liquor store I went out to, they had it. When I asked the owner, he told me that they didn't have it in stock anymore and that they only had what they had in stock at the store, so I bought it right away!
Pale banana-like scent (seme fragrance?) The taste is like Yamada-Nishiki and has a mellow rice flavor. It's crisp and delicious!
At Uemo-san.
I've been wondering about this sake. I heard that the brewery had already cleaned out this year's stock, so I bought it in a hurry.
The sweetness that comes in easily. It has a nice mineral aftertaste.

When he called up the liquor store he often goes to, he found out that
I was able to buy it because "it just came in!
It has a pleasant sour to bitter taste.
It's a dry taste, but the latter half of the taste is more bitter than sweet.
The bitterness is more moderate.

Endless feeling like.
I'd like to try the other Morishima 😋
