Sake after a long time during a trip to Kagawa Prefecture. It is a freshly stored Kinryo. It is dry but very easy to drink. It's so good! I couldn't stop drinking it. I had it with some sukiyaki conger eel (called "beesuke" in this area). There was no way it wouldn't go well with this. We had a good memory at the end of the summer.

Fuji Taikan Ginjo. March was a busy month. I went back to my parents' house for the first time in a while and drank with my father. Fruity, refreshing and easy to drink, it goes well with maitake mushroom tempura and teriyaki yellowtail. I am happy on my own, but sake with family is also nice. I drank as the sake was poured.

Shrimp miso hot pot at SEIYU with friends. SEIYU is good. Our accompaniment was "Koshino Kanchu Ume," a rich and delicious sake. Mellow and easy to drink! It's so good! It also goes perfectly with the toaster-baked dried sweet potato dessert. I couldn't stop drinking it.

The taste is gentle and relaxing, with a hint of alcohol. You can drink it without getting bored, and in short: "Yum!" LOL! Muji series, with butter chicken curry hot pot. Sake goes well with the mildness of milk.

I opened the front door of my house and smelled a happy aroma! The MUJI Kashiwameshi that I had prepared was ready to be cooked. Today I had a bottle of Kikusui Junmai Sake. I usually serve it chilled, but apparently it's recommended to warm it up on the skin, so I went for it. The aroma of the rice and malted rice was delicious. The rich flavor, yum! The kashiwameshi is also too good! Nice work, Muji.

We went to Houbou in front of Hitachino-Ushiku Station in Ibaraki Prefecture to compare three kinds of Ibaraki sake. From left to right, we had "Morishima," "Gokeiji," and "Urasato. They all go well with meals! Fried lotus root and sashimi of sea bream. It's nice to have good sake in my hometown Ibaraki! Especially "Gokeiji" taught me how good sake tastes on the rocks!

Junmai Ginjo. Cod, chicken balls with lotus root, a quarter of Chinese cabbage, and cut vegetables. I threw in some discounted items from the supermarket to make a cheap nabe. The Oirase style "Momokawa" has a wide nostalgia that embraces them all. Anyway, the mellow aroma of the rice is wonderful. It makes me feel like I'm eating something good.
