It is a very good normal sake. It has a sweet and strong flavor, and it is perfect when heated. It has a moderate alcohol content, which is typical of a normal sake. It is a versatile sake that also makes it delicious! I once thought that Kichiemon Nakamura was a great sake because my brother is a Kabuki fanatic, and this sake may have the same weight. If it's a regular sake, I imagine it would be a Junmai sake, and it would be a very bad one at that! I would definitely like to try the junmai sake! Mr. Ota is in Shinjuku! Mr. Ota went to a sake bar in Shinjuku, where the sake was delicious, and to Robeliya, a very deep bar in Shinjuku's Golden Gai. A 30-minute broadcast in two bars is too short!

Today is the annual New Year's Day visit to Kawagoe Naritasan Naritasan, and then to celebrate the golden wedding of my wife's parents. Dinner. The drink menu consisted mainly of wine, but there was also sake on the menu, and Naozane was recommended as a mid-meal drink. The only sake brewery in Kumagaya, Saitama Naozane Ginjo" brewed by Gonda Shuzo It is brewed with local sake rice, Takemusashi and Yamadanishiki, and Saitama's own yeast. It was smooth and smooth at first, with no without any sticking to the throat. The fruity aroma reaches the throat After that, a mellow heat is put in the back of the throat. Then, it is slightly dry and sharply cut. Kumagaya's sake is hard to buy! I met another good sake 😂.

We got a bottle of Naozane from our local Gonda Sake Brewery! His son came back some years ago and has been working hard on sake brewing. It was a cup that made us feel that he is sincerely devoted to sake. It has a soft melon aroma, and on the palate it is wonderful, expressing the power of the raw sake with the clean crispness of the aluzo addition 😊.

At a product exhibition in the Omiya Station concourse. I was told that they usually sell only raw sake directly from the brewery, so I gave it a try. It is 17% alcohol, so it has a strong but refreshing ginjo aroma.

Sake from Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, named after Kumagaya Naozane, famous for the Kabuki play "Ichigaya shinen gunki. The brewer was selling it at a local supermarket, so I bought it. I was served a "Shiboritate (freshly brewed)" sake, which is usually sold only at the brewery. [A glass of junmai] Aroma: A fresh and clean aroma of koji malt. It has a fruity aroma similar to that of Junmai sake from Morishima (Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture), but the aroma is not as strong as that of Morishima. Taste: Fresh, thin, and clear. On the tongue, it is like clear water, with a refreshing throat. After drinking, one can feel alcohol in the back of the throat. Perhaps it is because it is a pure sake, but for a junmai sake, the sake character and rice character are not so assertive. After a few glasses, the strength of junmai sake lingers in the throat, but it is light and easy to drink when served cold. It may be easy to drink for those who are new to junmai sake. Matching: I served it with grilled dried hokke (hokke), and it went very well with the dish without interfering with it. The only drawback is that it is easy to drink as if it were a ginjo, so you can get drunk without realizing it. According to the waiter at the brewery, it also goes well with meat dishes. This was a dish that thoroughly enjoyed our early summer table.

Opened January 7, 2020. Purchased at the Ike San Park event. Not a very strong aroma, but a nice flavour of sake lees, like sweet sake. Strong sweet and juicy, like nectar🍑. Like a light cloudy cocktail with a nice atmosphere (o^^o)
