This is the first time I've had a sake with a Sake meter in the +2 digit range.
It's definitely dry, but not as dry as I'd like.
It is indeed dry, but not as dry as it should be.
Even the most discriminating palate can enjoy it.

I was told that they usually sell only raw sake directly from the brewery, so I gave it a try.
It is 17% alcohol, so it has a strong but refreshing ginjo aroma.
