The 23rd stage of Saitama Junmai Binding
Higashishirakiku Fujisaki Tosaburo Store
A sake like Shibusawa Eiichi from Fukaya City in Saitama Prefecture.
It had a refreshing taste.
The 21st stage of Saitama Junmai Binding
It has a sweetness like sweet sake made from koji. Anyway, it has a sweet taste, and people who like sweet things will enjoy it more.
The 20th stage of Saitama Junmai Binding
When in doubt, drink this one first. It is described as having a good relationship between "acidity, umami and sweetness". It is true that if you are in doubt, you can't go wrong drinking this one.
The 18th stage of Saitama Junmai Binding
In the graph of the taste explained on the label (spicy, sweet, sweet, and light), it was pointed in the middle. It was a taste that I was sure of when I drank it. Even those who are not used to drinking sake can easily accept it.
The 14th stage of Saitama Junmai Binding + α
It was a sake with a refreshing feeling.
By the way, when we thought we got a Junmai Ginjo from Tochigi at a roadside station in Tochigi, it was made by Yokota Shuzo.
Saitama Junmai Bindings 12th stage
We didn't have a ginjo, so we bought a Daiginjo.
It's clean and dry. Slightly fruity aroma.
It was a sake from Gyoda City, where I was born and raised, where it attracted a lot of attention at Nobo no Shiro and Rikuoh.
Saitama Junmai Binding 11th stage
It has a clean aftertaste. Fruity taste, just the way I like it.
I didn't know there was a drink I liked so close to here.
Saitama Junmai-shibari No. 10 Suzuki Shuzo "Shirazuru-jo".
I didn't have time to go out and buy it, so I bought it by mail order.
It's fruity and has a clean aftertaste.
This is the type of sake that you can gulp down again.
Saitama Junmai Bindings 9th stage
It's mellow.
I've been drinking it soaking up the fact that it's made with water from near my office (laughs).
I haven't mastered the taste of sake yet, but it's an orthodox sake taste.
8-dan of Saitama Junmai-bound
Continuing from last time, this is the same Ogawamachi liquor.
I found this at Aeon and bought it on impulse.
It was as fruity as the label says.
It was a refreshingly fruity drink.
Saitama Junmai Binding 7th stage
The Daiginjo from Haroun Shuzo Brewery is what got me into drinking sake. Before that, I didn't even drink much alcohol...
It's clean and refreshing with no messiness. It's spicy.
It looks like it's going to be in the Zensho group, but it would be nice to be able to drink this at Sukiya or something...
This is the 6th stage of Saitama Junmai-bari, or Junmai-bind.
It is very dry and refreshing. At first, I thought it tasted like an amazake (I know I shouldn't drink it in such a vulgar way...), but as I gulped it down, I began to feel the taste of amazake.
Saitama Junmai Bindings 5th stage
I think it is probably one of the mellow ones (it doesn't have a clean taste...). It's interesting that the same Junmai Ginjo from Saitama has different tastes.
