We got a bottle of Naozane from our local Gonda Sake Brewery!
His son came back some years ago and has been working hard on sake brewing. It was a cup that made us feel that he is sincerely devoted to sake.
It has a soft melon aroma, and on the palate it is wonderful, expressing the power of the raw sake with the clean crispness of the aluzo addition 😊.
