Kunika is another sake that never goes out of style and is safe to drink.
It is a Japanese sake from Shizuoka. It is definitely delicious.
You can taste the fruity aroma and the delicious flavor of the rice on a clean, dry base. It has a low acidity, so there is no aftertaste, and it goes well with a light meal.
At an inn in Izu Inatori, Shizuoka Prefecture.
It was light, cloudy, dry and sharp.
It was a perfect match with the food ✨.
The plucked dish was kinmedai (sea bream) boiled with shabu-shabu and abalone from a full-course kaiseki at a fisherman's town.
Hi, Hanapin 😄
It was a gorgeous simmered fish 🐟✨.
Afterwards, the finished rice mixed with white rice with the meat and the broth, along with condiments, was also excellent 😆✨.
Thank you for your comment 😌.

The nose has a light cemedine aroma. In the mouth, the aroma is of fermented cemedine and a little melon. The first taste is slightly sweet, followed by a spiciness that lingers in the mouth.
At first, the spiciness was too strong, but when served with fish, the spiciness fades and the taste is very good.
I went to Hamamatsu for historical research.
But the first restaurant we wanted was closed temporarily and the second was full, so we decided to go to a restaurant we saw. So we went to "Rokubunsen". It seems to be a famous local restaurant. I was right. And the sake was cheap! So, I drank the Shizuoka sake in order from the bottom to the top, and I've copied and pasted the other sake as well. Also, I don't have any photos of the sake as it was served in the bottle. I'm sorry.
I thought my tongue was dying, but Kunika, which is a special junmai, was refreshing and I thought it was good too, so I guess my tongue is still okay. I'm not sure if it's because I've changed my taste buds, but it was probably the best Kunika I've ever tasted.
