Denichiro Handmade Junmai Ginjo I didn't know what brand it was. I was attracted by the appearance and the handmade raw material. When I got home, I found out it was from Shizuoka prefecture. It was from Shizuoka Prefecture😅. The first thing that caught my attention was The first thing that caught my attention was the words "handmade raw". Isn't basic sake handmade? Polishing ratio: Koji rice - 50%, Kake rice - 60 Alcohol content: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius. From my own image Is it dry and classic? I thought so. As soon as I poured it into a glass I guess it has a dry taste just like I imagined. But as the temperature rises Sweetness and umami come out ✨. Fourth photo. Due to the owner father's poor health The store had been closed for about 2 months I heard that the restaurant had reopened I went there 😁. I ordered 200g of chashu pork and 300g of extra thick noodles I ordered 300g of extra thick noodles ✌️️. A little less vegetables? But it was good! It's been a while since I've had it and it was delicious ✨. Next time, I would like to change the amount of noodles. 350g or maybe 400g 😁.

At an inn in Izu Inatori, Shizuoka Prefecture. It was light, cloudy, dry and sharp. It was a perfect match with the food ✨. The plucked dish was kinmedai (sea bream) boiled with shabu-shabu and abalone from a full-course kaiseki at a fisherman's town.
