Denichiro Handmade Junmai Ginjo I didn't know what brand it was. I was attracted by the appearance and the handmade raw material. When I got home, I found out it was from Shizuoka prefecture. As soon as I poured it into a glass I guess it has a dry taste just like I imagined. But as the temperature rises Sweetness and umami come out ✨. Fourth photo. Due to the owner father's poor health The store had been closed for about 2 months I heard that the restaurant had reopened I went there 😁. I ordered 200g of chashu pork and 300g of extra thick noodles I ordered 300g of extra thick noodles ✌️️. A little less vegetables? But it was good! It's been a while since I've had it and it was delicious ✨. Next time, I would like to change the amount of noodles. 350g or maybe 400g 😁.
