I drink as recommended.
Forget about the sake I thought I could have saved for something else, and have this one.
It has a sharpness. It is delicious. But it doesn't leave a residue.
The most enjoyable time is when you drink it.
I have nothing to be thankful for except for the fact that I am still drunk and alive today.
A few words of caution.
Strong alcohol content. A sharp taste.
It is a serious sake, though it has not received much recognition. It is good to drink in summer and winter, and if anything, it might be even better with a can.

It sounds like a contradictory comment, but I think it is exactly right. It has a mellow aroma, and although I thought it would have a strong umami flavor, it was smooth without being cloying.
Shizuoka sake is delicious.
No scent is flamboyant.
Aroma is not spectacular.
Drinks like mineral water

When I poured the soy sauce from the sashimi on a small plate, the aroma of the soy sauce was overpowering.
