I have had it, but this will be my first post on sakewa. I had an image of Kunika as light and dry, but it has a sweetness with a banana🍌 feel. It also has a melon-like melon sensation after a day. It has a very good balance and is good as a food sake or a light snack for dinner. A stable Shizuoka sake 🍶.

After day playing tour guide to friends in Kamakura, nice to have a relaxing meal at home. Two unknown (to me) Shizuoka breweries bottling purchased at Shinagawa Station. Pleasant. Understand from store’s site this brand is limited to the store. (日本酒の名伯楽と呼ばれた先代「巽」の名を冠した当店のみの限定酒)

It has a strong cemedine and alcohol taste. The sharpness is quite good, but the aftertaste is a little powdery. It would go well with oily or strong flavored food.

Denichiro A clear and deliciously sharp ginjo-shu. Purchased on a trip 🍶. Dry in terms of sweetness and spiciness. The ginjo aroma is subdued. A little bit of umami and bitterness. Good with sashimi 😋😋😋😋 as a food sake. Denichiro is the toji's name. 1,600 yen without tax
