Pear aroma.
Chemical melon in the mouth.
Refreshing mouthfeel.
Slightly malty flavor.
It goes well with marinated tuna ceviche drizzled with olive oil.
Not bad.
Ueno Fish and Grass
It has a strong cemedine and alcohol taste. The sharpness is quite good, but the aftertaste is a little powdery. It would go well with oily or strong flavored food.
Denichiro
A clear and deliciously sharp ginjo-shu.
Purchased on a trip 🍶.
Dry in terms of sweetness and spiciness. The ginjo aroma is subdued.
A little bit of umami and bitterness.
Good with sashimi 😋😋😋😋 as a food sake.
Denichiro is the toji's name.

I drink as recommended.
Forget about the sake I thought I could have saved for something else, and have this one.
It has a sharpness. It is delicious. But it doesn't leave a residue.
The most enjoyable time is when you drink it.
I have nothing to be thankful for except for the fact that I am still drunk and alive today.
A few words of caution.
Strong alcohol content. A sharp taste.
It is a serious sake, though it has not received much recognition. It is good to drink in summer and winter, and if anything, it might be even better with a can.
