After day playing tour guide to friends in Kamakura, nice to have a relaxing meal at home. Two unknown (to me) Shizuoka breweries bottling purchased at Shinagawa Station. Pleasant. Understand from store’s site this brand is limited to the store. (日本酒の名伯楽と呼ばれた先代「巽」の名を冠した当店のみの限定酒)
Pear aroma.
Chemical melon in the mouth.
Refreshing mouthfeel.
Slightly malty flavor.
It goes well with marinated tuna ceviche drizzled with olive oil.
Not bad.
Ueno Fish and Grass
It has a strong cemedine and alcohol taste. The sharpness is quite good, but the aftertaste is a little powdery. It would go well with oily or strong flavored food.
