The color has a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is characterized by a strong raw material scent. It has elements reminiscent of the sweetness and umami of freshly made rice cakes and white dumplings, grains such as barley, and a freshness like green bamboo. While the aroma is mainly raw material, it has a slightly refreshing impression reminiscent of barley shochu. The taste is very light and smooth in texture, probably due to the low alcohol content of 12 degrees. There are very few flavor elements, especially in the first half, and the aftertaste is crisp and clean. There is a bit of fresh and juicy acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits. The flavor is also moderate, and the aftertaste disappears quickly. It should be served well chilled.

I was surprised at how easy it was to drink, it's the most watery or easy to drink sake I've ever had. It is the most watery and easy to drink sake I have ever had. The alcohol content is low at 12 degrees.

Sake from Fukumitsuya in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture Kanazawa is my favorite city. Before a certain virus broke out, I used to visit there once every two or three months. When I go to Kanazawa, I eat, drink, sleep, eat and drink again, take a walk, and so on. Everything is delicious, isn't it? By the way, when I went there before, my companion had a green cake in Kanazawa. Is it spinach or something? It is a curious thing. This sake is so light that it seems to go well with such a cake. It is an excellent sake for eating. If it's summer, I'll drink it like water.

One of the bottles in the drinking set. The alcohol content is 12 degrees. So, it passes through the throat with a thrill. It is indeed light. The sake level is +2, and it feels sweet. We had oden this evening, so I would have preferred a little less sweetness.

Brilliant, colorless and transparent. The aroma is a combination of rice, lactic acid beverage and alcohol. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly watery. There is an astringent taste reminiscent of hard water in the latter half. Overall, the mouthfeel is smooth and flat. It has a moderate aftertaste. A refreshing sake.
