Later on, I tried it again with the normal version, and it was still light and tasty enough. It is the type of sake that can be served with any meal.

Sake from Fukumitsuya in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture
Kanazawa is my favorite city. Before a certain virus broke out, I used to visit there once every two or three months. When I go to Kanazawa, I eat, drink, sleep, eat and drink again, take a walk, and so on. Everything is delicious, isn't it? By the way, when I went there before, my companion had a green cake in Kanazawa. Is it spinach or something? It is a curious thing.
This sake is so light that it seems to go well with such a cake. It is an excellent sake for eating. If it's summer, I'll drink it like water.
