This time it's AKITA Yukiguni Yeast Jungin no Nama ❣️
AKITA snow country yeast is my favorite yeast because of its gorgeous aroma😘.
I'll take it right away 😋.
It smells so much like apples💕!
And sweet ‼️
Soooo sweet ‼️
It's like a dessert wine!
The slight alcohol taste that comes at the end is typical of Dewa no Fuji 😆👍

There are two types of this yeast, UT-1 is apple-based and UT-2 is banana-based. The apple type has a longer lasting aroma and still smells gorgeous after 3-4 days 🎶.
It is a combination of the sweetness of this alcohol and the juices 💕
