Receiving local sake on a business trip to Hyogo, Japan.
It is more modern than I had imagined.
It has a pleasant acidity and is delicious on its own or with food.
It is a well-known sake, but this was my first time drinking it, and it was a good encounter.
I felt the deep flavor and richness of the food. At a yakitori restaurant in Osaka Station Building.
It was served by the glass, so I borrowed the photo from the Internet.
Mistake Banshu Issen❗️
This is my first Hiyadoshi ❗️
Other reviews said there was a gassy feeling.
But there wasn't.
But the taste is typical of hiyaoroshi.
But the flavor is hiyaoroshi, with umami on top but a clean aftertaste.
It has a nice aftertaste👍
It's the type that goes well with a variety of meals 😊.
It comes in quickly and cleanly, but there is a strong umami afterward, and there is a sense of sourness or freshness or sharpness.
The aroma is banana-like.
6/10
Banshu Issen's standard series.
Junmai spec using Hyogo Kitanishiki.
It is not as spicy as the name "super-hot," and can be drunk in a variety of situations.
The taste is firm and acidic.
I drank it cold this time, but I would have preferred it at room temperature.
Banshu Issen Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi
A sake that is easy to drink and not too easy to drink, with a firm umami taste that quickly fades.
A sake that is easy to drink and too easy to drink.
A robust sake with a classical taste and a slight modern lightness.
I took my first sip,
I thought I had made a mistake.
but as I drank more and more, it felt more comfortable on my palate.
