Ginjo isshin, with a sharp ginjo aroma and a sharp taste.
It is more like the bitterness and astringency of koji than the sense of rice.
Perhaps this bitterness is from the sake...arigataya...

Reasonably priced despite using top quality Yamadanishiki, as expected from Hyogo!
Clear, medium-bodied, with a mellow 🍈 aroma.
Dense and sweet, just like biting into a 🍈 fruit! The acidity helps to bring it all together. Gee, it's delicious!
