The manager gave me this sake as a service 🍶.
I never thought I would be able to drink Banshu Issen while I was in Tokushima‼️✨I thought it was easy to drink✨It makes you want to drink it fast‼️ but it is thick and tasty‼️😆It might be similar to my favorite local sake "Nichinichi" from Kyoto 😁It is very delicious so if you have not had Banshu Issen yet, please do so. If you haven't tried Banshu Issen yet, please give it a try 🎵

Today we opened a bottle of Banshu Issen's Summer Nigori...Junmai Ginjo Summer Usunigori😇.
The top aroma is not so strong, but it has a fluffy, pear-like fruity aroma 😀.
The moment it entered the mouth, the impression of light and clean water was suddenly accompanied by a fruity flavor with a slight effervescence 😇.
The taste finishes with a beautiful clean finish😇.
The nuance is quite different from the usual Banshu Issen, but this was also an outstandingly delicious sake😇.

I found it in a supermarket when I went to Hyogo for work 💡.
About 1,100 for a #4 bottle.
I thought it was probably a local product.
The pop-up explained that it is a long-time favorite of the locals.

Today we will have Banshu Issen. It had been two years since we drank at home😲.
The aroma is like honey and spudding. The back of the label says it smells like LaFrance. On the palate, it has a silky texture with a pleasant sweet and sour taste, but it disappears nicely.
I basically like sweet and sour oriented types, but this one is still my favorite and delicious 😊✨The label is also nice.
It is delicious with cured ham cheese, radish and canned mackerel. The alcohol level is 14 degrees and easy to drink. I think I'm going to gobble this one up.
