Junmai Nama-nihonjacu Oragami 14%.
Hyogokitanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture 65% 2024.11
It's a bit of a "ogaraumi" but it's still a bit of a "nigori" 👍.
It's as bubbly as last year's.
It's so good 😋I like it!
This is one of the best 3 nigorinpikku so far 😊.

The mouthfeel is clean and fruity. The lingering taste is sweet and slightly bitter without being habitual. Light and very tasty.
I purchased this bottle after being allowed to taste it.
The aroma is just a hint of sourness.
It is smooth in the mouth, with a hint of sourness and umami, and cuts crisply through the throat.
It is a dry sake with little lingering aroma or in-mouth flavor.
It is very easy to drink, and I personally like to keep a bottle of it on hand.
I was asked if there was any place for an after-party at a high school reunion, so I took them to Ajikan-ya. ❗️ We visited there last year, but this year the restaurant and name have been renewed, and everyone seemed to remember seeing the proprietress!
We ordered a bottle of Banshu Ikkento's Millennium Wisteria.
Banshu Ikkyo is known for its strong, punchy Yamahai sake, but this is something else: ‼️
It's not Banshu Issen anymore💦.
It has a nice aroma and a lot of sweetness, so it's very easy to drink.
Recently Banshu Issen has been releasing this kind of sake a lot, which is great for me as I have a larger repertoire, but it's going to be difficult to make a choice 😃.
Hi Robin 😀
I went to Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery last weekend and it seems that Sennen no Fuji is a locally distributed sake only 😀.
I bought Kaede no Shizuku and Honjozo Nigori which are also locally distributed 😇.
It's been a while since I drank Banshu Issen.
It must be a nice one because it has a tag warning against opening the bottle.
From the first sip, it was the best sip of the year! I had it!
I don't feel the aroma of the top, but it is the same as the first one! Expectations are rising quite high.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated! I knew this was the one! The sweetness and umami from the first sip is refreshing, and the acidity is even more so. The citrus aftertaste and the acid bitterness are also refreshing.
It's perfect! ♥️
Please don't abuse me. Sake word of the day
〜Quick battle, quick decision
Thank you for the food!
Favorite orikara.
Banshu Ikkyo has an image of being a favorite sake.
This is its orikara!
The bottle is opened and closed several times.
First, take a sip of the supernatant. It is sweet like cider.
Then, after mixing it, it seemed dry and refreshing.
It tasted great and delicious when it was the last of the season.
Unfortunately, my wife almost took my glass of sake, and I almost spilled the second glass by preventing her from drinking it,
A pitiful battle, 😭.
I guess it was better to be robbed than to spill it,
I would have rather been deprived than overflowed 😭,
However, next time I'll do my best to finish it before my wife does!
The second bottle was Banshu Ikkyo! Ori-gara-mi! ◡̈
It's so delicious! I can feel the gas!
Winter is the season when there are so many delicious sake to choose from! (LOL)
Hi Yurinan 😃
I'm on my second bottle for lunchtime drinking! That's quintessential 🤗The Shippo series is delicious 😋 and when I go to the izakaya, there's too much Masamune I want to buy 😅.
Hi Jay & Nobby! I decided to drink it yesterday, so I opened the second bottle! It was cloisonne umami! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
I have a lot of sake I want to buy but it won't fit in my fridge so I'll have to be very selective while wondering! 🤔w
First time drinking Banshu Issen
It is a new sake and is supposed to ferment in the bottle, so when I opened the lid a little, I saw bubbles coming out of the bottle.
It has a fruity aroma like banana, and when you drink it, it is surprisingly dry and sharp with a bitter taste.
It was insanely delicious!

Today, Kaorin and I took a paid holiday and came to Yamazaki Town in Hyogo Prefecture 😀.
Walking Trip 10
There is a place called Mogamiyama (最上山), also known as Momijiyama (もみじ山), which is famous for its autumn leaves in Kansai, but in fact it has been a famous sake brewing area for a long time 🍁🍶.
There is a street called "Sake Brewery Street" where Sanyo Bai Sake Brewery and Old Pine Sake Brewery, both famous for Banshu Issen, are located diagonally across from each other.
First, Banshu Issen 😀.
Looking in the fridge, I saw some strange sake in addition to the sake I usually see in the store😅.
The store owner told us that in addition to the sake for the distributors, they also have sake for local distribution 😀.
This is the first time I've seen this sake, a nigori (nigoromi) of Honjozo sake 🤣.
It's completely different from Banshu Issen's usual nigori, but it's delicious 😀.
We took this and one more bottle of locally distributed Junmai as souvenirs for ourselves 😀.
Hi Yasubeyesan😃It's a beautiful holiday today with nice weather and beautiful autumn leaves🍁. Lunch looks so delicious 🥰It's great that you can go on a sake brewery tour to get some sake that is only available in your hometown and enjoy it after you get home👍❣️
Good morning, HinaHanaMama!
Recently, there are more and more restaurants attached to breweries that use fermented foods like sake breweries do, so I'm looking forward to eating there and looking for local limited edition sake😇.
Good morning, @Mizuhashi!
I also liked Banshu Issen's Shippo series last year, so I bought it again this year, but when I go to the brewery, I'm more interested in the brewery's limited edition sake and locally distributed sake 🤣.
Home brew, a sake I've been curious about from Banshu Issen.
A fresh, melon and shine muscat-like clear sweet and tasty, gassy and crisp one. 🙆♂️
It was a wonderful sake!
