When I visited TokyoRiceWine yesterday, the manager told me that they had some Jigokin nigori in stock today, so I had no reason not to drink it 😅. The Jigokin will be chilled for a bit before serving, so we'll have the other sakes that came in today ✨. I'll have the Banshu Issen on the lees, which I've been curious about! This one was available at first sip 🥰. The aroma is sweet banana🍌, but it is very clean. The fine gas is very piquant. It has a beautiful sweetness that is pleasant when combined with the gas 🥰The acidity is also mild due to the gas ✨The aroma is also bananas. A little lingering bitterness 🤔. I had a few more nigori after this and this was my favorite 😊.

Good evening, Hinahana mama 😃. Jikin nigori is different, Banshu, Senkou and Koeikiku are similar in some aspects but I liked Banshu Issen which has a beautiful sweetness 😊If you find it, please try it 🤗.

Banshu Ikkyo Shippo Starch entangled raw I was super excited about this sake! We managed to secure the last bottle in the store. Nice aroma! Sweetness and moderate bitterness in the mouth. Good sharpness! No fizz because it hasn't been bottled long enough. I would like to enjoy the gaseous taste, but I couldn't help but open it just for the fun of it. I would like to buy it again next year.

The other bottle is by Sanyo Saihei. The town of Ichinomiya-cho, the "birthplace of sake" as recorded in the Harima Fudoki, is home to the Niwada Shrine, and fermentation is being used to revitalize the town. We plan to have it heated later ^_^.

(Nigori) Both the flavor of white peaches and the gaseous sensation have intensified. Slightly banana flavor. The sharpness of the aftertaste is about the same. A very sweet and nice sake in the Banshu Issen range.

2025.137th. The first orikagara of the new brewing year is Banshu Ikkyo! It is a brand that has recently become more fruity while still being dry, but it has become more to my liking than last year. It is not sweet, but you can taste the umami of the rice and it is silky. Last year, I felt this sake was a little lacking, but I really like this year's result. I think this season's Banshu Issen may be my favorite. There are not many dry sake brands that are not sweet and have the taste I like, so I am very happy with this sake. I will look forward to more new sake in the future. Thank you for the sake.
