SAMURAIZBanshu Issen, which makes me want to buy it whenever I see it. The fine gaseous sensation created by the gravity system of the new brewery is irresistible, as well as the fine Yamadanishiki rice polished to perfection. This Natsu-shin also has a fine gaseous sensation in the mouth, and a subtle sweetness and umami of rice in a clean taste. It is free of any cloying taste. The alcohol content is 14%, so it has a very light taste. It was quite a good combination when paired with sea bream sashimi. It is also good with carpaccio. This is a classic summer sake, "Ito, seiyashi".

ことりRipe strawberries and peaches⁈The aroma is so good you want to smell it all the time. The microbubbles are chili and rich, and the taste is sweet and sour, mellow and luxurious, reminiscent of strawberries, plums, a bit of apricots, and ripe figs. It is so cute and modern that it is hard to believe it is sake. The next day, it has a whey feeling and a yogurt nuance.

ゆーへーPurchased at 7-Eleven in front of the station 🍶 to drink at the inn's indoor bath during a trip to Ako in November. I was supposed to take a picture of the sunset and drink it slowly after dinner, but I was so hungry that I didn't drink it after all and brought it home to drink at home in January 💧. I hadn't had the normal type since last year at Asano-san's fair, but it was a stable Banshu Issen with a firm sweetness and umami from the rice, and a slight bitterness as it receded ✨. 300 mL

いーじーPurchased at a sake shop. I was in a bar in Fukuoka and was having a lively sake conversation with a person from Osaka, who gave me a crab and firefly squid from Kasumi! We gratefully received them and paired them with sake from Hyogo. Cold sake. Slightly floral aroma. The gaseous sensation in the mouth is impressive, with an elegant sweetness and umami, a juicy aftertaste after swallowing, and a crispness that is typical of Hyogo sake. The juiciness increases as you drink. Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
