I was completely mistaken and went to the liquor store to buy a sake that was suitable for heating up...I thought it would be more of a classic or heavily heated sake, given the name. I bought it.
I knew the brand name but didn't know the quality of the sake, but when I looked it up after purchase, it wasn't suitable for heating up at all.
But it's very tasty. ‼️ It's a very beautiful sake. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a new one, but I'm sure it's a good idea. It is my favorite type of sake. ❤️
It's Halloween🎃 in the world, but it was cold today, so we had mushroom hot pot soup🍄🍲.
To go with the nabe, we paired it with "Aizan" (🍶) from "Banshu Issen", which is a couple's favorite.
The aroma is sweet, apple-like, and the mouthfeel is soft, with a subtle gasiness that gives it a perfect balance of umami and acidity.
And the crisp finish with a nice lingering aftertaste is wonderful 😊.
I feel that the high level of "Banshu Issen" is that you really can't go wrong with any of them. ⭕️
I hope to make it my goal to visit the sake brewery this year 😌.
I drank it thinking it would be dry, but it is more fruity and delicious than I expected.
It is outstandingly delicious both cold and at room temperature.
I will be a regular drinker!
The dry sauce goes well with the crispy and juicy fried chicken from Tori-Surround.

I enjoyed the freshly opened bottle, so it was a bit like a freshly brewed sake! I thought I don't like super dry sake, but it was very easy to drink!
It has a nice dry, pungent taste that spreads on the palate!
I'll pair the yakitori with the one you can't go wrong with 🍶.
The nose is rummy, citrusy.
On the palate, it is slightly chili and tastes like candied grapefruit.
The softly sweet aroma escapes into the nose and goes well with the sweet sauce. The yakitori and conger eel were also a perfect match!
After a few days, the chili becomes milder.
It became quite clear, with just a hint of rice and citrus.
Finally, it disappears cleanly and cleanly, and tightens up a bit.
Autumn sake is fun because it has a delicious taste to pair with food 🍂.
