muddy taste of summer
Sweet and sour rice. Rice sweet! Aroma of pear, too. It is delicious! But there is a little bit of a stodginess to it. I want more sharpness. Sweet lime. 87 points.

Ooh! It has a sharpness!
Not too sweet! Juicy rather than fruity?
I thought it was something more, but drank it before I had time to write about it... I liked it a lot, but as I was exploring it, I wondered...? I was thinking of juicy, but I drank it before I could write about it... I liked it very much.
While showing glimpses of juiciness, it is lighter than a pure sake ver, and has a good balance of acidity and sweetness, with a sharpness!
While many Aizan shochu are biased toward sweetness, this one has a miraculous balance of "sweetness, deliciousness, and sharpness," which may seem like a contradiction at first glance.
Purchased at Maxvalu. It is a little bit schwarzy. Feels a little hot in the chest after drinking. Easy to drink, sharp (I'm an amateur, so I don't know if this is the right word).
Thanks again for a great week!
Only one week left of summer vacation! That's a little fast, isn't it?
Does that mean summer sake is almost over?
It seems that the release of hiyaoroshi is getting earlier and earlier every year... I'd like to enjoy summer sake a little more... ✴️
So today I'm going to enjoy Banshu Issen's Natsu-Shin (summer spicy sake)!
It's my first time to drink summer spicy sake!
It is crisp and delicious!
It is introduced as white grape, but I personally thought it was not so fruity, but rather quite firm and dry 😎♥️
Hi Jun 😃
Only one more week of kindergarten summer vacation 🌻?
The seasons go by so fast in the world of Sake😅.
I've had this Banshu Issen's Summer Dry Sake twice this season! I've had it twice this season while out for a drink 😋😋 and it's delicious 😋.
Good evening Jay & Nobby, ☺️
It's still very hot, so I'll be drinking summer sake for the time being 😂☀️
It's good to drink outside 👏🥰 I haven't been able to lately 🤔🍺🍺🍺.
Slightly spicy, slightly carbonated.
Sake like sake.
Thank you all for your hard work!
There are a lot of things going on, but you all are working hard, as am I!
You are great! Too great!
