The first orikagara of the new brewing year is Banshu Ikkyo! It is a brand that has recently become more fruity while still being dry, but it has become more to my liking than last year.
It is not sweet, but you can taste the umami of the rice and it is silky.
Last year, I felt this sake was a little lacking, but I really like this year's result.
I think this season's Banshu Issen may be my favorite.
There are not many dry sake brands that are not sweet and have the taste I like, so I am very happy with this sake.
