Kaede no Shizuku Junmai Ginjo
Slightly dry, slightly weak aroma (fruit), slightly strong attack, soft, slightly lacking in thickness, mellow, long umami finish, clear umami and bitterness, somewhat simple, somewhat lacking in depth, disappointing, even for a sake with a fragrance, more akin to a soushu
A liquor store's hanpukai.
Two bottles arrive every month for five months 🤣.
This is the first bottle this month.
It is dry and sharp with a sense of freshness, gasiness, and mellowness from the oli. In other words, it's one that I will drink very deliciously. My wife and I drank more than 70% of it on the first day. Two bottles a month...is that okay? I thought so, but I am fine. I drank the first bottle in two days.
When opened, it has a limp banana feel.
As the day goes on, the citrusy, fresh flavor reduces the bitterness of the sharpness, and it flows nicely with meals.
Banshu Issen Junmai Shichihou Junmai Lees Tangle Nama
The aroma has a rather strong alcohol smell (plus the smell of cemedine).
The sweetness is rather strong, but the gasiness gives it a calm aftertaste! (The sweetness is melon-like and fruity! It is sweet, melon-like, and fruity!)
Last year was the exact opposite as the aroma was strong and the taste was clean! 😉 😉
Toukyou off!
I made another friend 🤝.
But it was a person in Kansai who contacted me. Ane-san made the reservations at the restaurant. I didn't do anything at all.
To top it all off, I was just complaining from a seat far away that I wanted to drink Banshu Ikken. I apologize for that.
I am such a person, but please have a drink with me again if you like.
Hirupeko, my apologies. I wanted to express the high level of communication skills of people in Kansai. Drinking was enough. I look forward to working with you again.
When I visited TokyoRiceWine yesterday, the manager told me that they had some Jigokin nigori in stock today, so I had no reason not to drink it 😅.
The Jigokin will be chilled for a bit before serving, so we'll have the other sakes that came in today ✨.
I'll have the Banshu Issen on the lees, which I've been curious about! This one was available at first sip 🥰.
The aroma is sweet banana🍌, but it is very clean. The fine gas is very piquant. It has a beautiful sweetness that is pleasant when combined with the gas 🥰The acidity is also mild due to the gas ✨The aroma is also bananas. A little lingering bitterness 🤔.
I had a few more nigori after this and this was my favorite 😊.
Good evening, ichiro18!
Hmph 😁✨✨visit every day - I love it 😋!
This time it's a wintery lineup with more nigori 🎵.
It looks great and is a feast for the eyes just looking at your review😍!
Good evening, ichiro18😄
This review was quite helpful for nigori lovers! I was especially interested in this Banshu Ikken, and now that you say it's your favorite, it's the nigori I want to drink more and more 🤗.
Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
10 drinks and 5 gouges in a row 🤣I was a good sucker 🥳 just because the drinks are fresh and easy to review. Looks like I'll be going back for a while😊.
Nigori certainly is a feast for the eyes😍.
Good evening, Hinahana mama 😃.
Jikin nigori is different, Banshu, Senkou and Koeikiku are similar in some aspects but I liked Banshu Issen which has a beautiful sweetness 😊If you find it, please try it 🤗.
Hi ichiro18 🐦.
I've been going back 😍This is a charming pure white series 😍Clippo nigori is delicious 😊I love Banshu Issen itself, but this one in particular is exceptional💕.
Hi Pon 😃
Thank you for going back 😊There were so many nigori that I had to compare them. Cloisonne nigori was beautiful, sweet and delicious. If Pon-chan says it's exceptional, it's definitely delicious 🥰.
Banshu Ikkyo Shippo Starch entangled raw
I was super excited about this sake!
We managed to secure the last bottle in the store.
Nice aroma!
Sweetness and moderate bitterness in the mouth. Good sharpness!
No fizz because it hasn't been bottled long enough. I would like to enjoy the gaseous taste, but I couldn't help but open it just for the fun of it.
I would like to buy it again next year.
Miyagi-bozu, nice to meet you😃Please call me Neko-san. I'm looking forward to drinking it! I'm looking forward to it 😋I also recommend Spring Sake Spring 👍.
The other bottle is by Sanyo Saihei.
The town of Ichinomiya-cho, the "birthplace of sake" as recorded in the Harima Fudoki, is home to the Niwada Shrine, and fermentation is being used to revitalize the town.
We plan to have it heated later ^_^.
