The last stage of the round-the-clock tour of Chiba. We have some sake from Katsuura in Kimitsu and eat an egg omelet from Isumi as a side dish. The richness of the taste is indescribably delicious. I love Chiba.
The rice polishing ratio is 80%, so the taste was quite robust.
There was a slight rice smell, but it seemed to be well controlled and was worth a look.
