Miyako Bijin's Yamahai Junmai is brewed using the traditional Yamahai brewing method and has a very good balance of richness and flavor.
It has a subdued aroma with mild fruit notes like ripe bananas and dried fruits. There is also a subtle lactic acid nuance, giving it a classic Yamahai character.
I went to the brewery on a consecutive holiday, but it was closed for a national vacation (;_;), so I had no choice but to buy some at a nearby supermarket. It has the acidity of Yamahai, but has a bit of a sake-like aftertaste. It's a supermarket product, so I guess that's about the same. It might be better if it is heated up. I wanted to choose it at the brewery, too bad.

It is 13 degrees Celsius and has a sake-like flavor that has been diluted to make it easier to drink. It may be a summer sake. It is different from the recently popular low-alcohol sake. It is easy to drink, but not too easy to drink.
