Hideshiyoshi Junmai Ginjo 1680 yen (4 gos. bottle)
On the last day of my business trip, I went to my favorite restaurant to enjoy all-you-can-drink Sake, but ...... says "The restaurant is closed for business today.
I switched to a liquor store and after exchanging information with the master, I chose this sake for the day!
Today's snacks will be a raw ham and cream cheese spring roll, with a side dish of sweet and spicy burdock root.
The aroma is a good ginjo aroma, with a bit of a rice-maiyami feel to it. The first attack is...oh~ bitter spiciness comes from the sweet sweetness, but the sweetness is not defeated either. I like it 😘nicematch(๑-̀ㅂ́)و✧ with cream cheese.
Junmai genzake 🍶neriage nigori sake ✨mellow and
Dry and refreshing ✨Slightly sweet sake feel but crisp. Light without being heavy. It is surprisingly flat when paired with red clams and wakamegi with vinegared miso. It's not so much that it goes well together, but that it's a bit strange. A little sweet Toro with Negitoro. It seems to go well with it. Spanish mackerel head stewed with a little bit of cod. It's sweet seasoning and delicious.

I've had Ryu-boing from the same brewery, but this is my first time to drink Hideyoshi.
It is a blend of Akita-style flower yeast and Hana-komachi yeast. It is slightly sweet and has a refreshingly light taste without making you feel the 17% alcohol content.
I would have liked a little more sweetness and body 🤔.
Even though it is 500ml, I think it is cosmetically good at about 900 yen including tax

Accompanied by grilled hanpen. It is very easy to drink, with an all-around delicious taste without any habits, but be careful not to drink too much as it is high in alcohol (18%).
Rating: A
The title is seductive...
Droopy yet fine nigori.
Rice juice! Moderate sweetness.
A touch of sourness and alcohol.
Then a little richness and sweetness from the rice.
Delicious!
