Aromas of green apple, watermelon, pear, muscat, strawberry, and flowers.
The sweetness is quickly released, and the wine ends with a lingering fruity aroma, a sense of alcohol, umami, and a slight roasted bitterness.
An enchanting sake. Very good 😋.

Thank you so much for your comment 😊
It's a very gorgeous sake with a great aroma 😍.
It's supposed to be very sweet with a negative sake content, but it's so refreshing that it doesn't feel sweet at all.
It is 90% fruitiness, which is similar to fruit wine, and is highly recommended for those who don't like the Japanese sake taste! It is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much. I recommend it because it is as fruity as Hououmida.
Today's second bottle is
Queen of Musical Instrument Masamune
Low-Al connection 🍶.
This was also the first time for my wife,
I took her home based on your post.
It's also delicious ❗️
It's refreshing and fruity.
Perfect for our recent tastes 🍶.
I think I'm going to stay in low-Al mode💦.
This holiday weekend, we are planning to go on an expedition in search of sake we have not yet seen... but the good sake we have on hand is more than enough to satisfy our needs 😋.
Tonight will be a night of wondering whether to go to new places or settle for a stable of good sake 😅😅😅.
5★ of course😍😍
This is the second house in the rain.
Staggered but feeling great!
So I should be able to drink some more (lol).
This was the first instrument at this restaurant.
My first instrument was a test brew, Alterna.
It is crazy fruity.
It was a nice smelling liquor.
I wanted to drink this Masamune. I had decided to drink a honjozo for the first time, so my wish came true 😄.
The flavor spreads in the mouth. It has a strong sake flavor, but it is also well balanced with a nice sharpness! It also has a nice aftertaste! And cosy👍.
Thank you for the food 😆.

Nearly colorless crystal with a sense of transparency.
The first impression of the aroma is gorgeous rice
melon, green apple, white dumpling, and a hint of cinnamon.
First impression on the palate is a little light, but soon after, the rice flavor is strongly felt.
Thick enough to have firm legs, elegant sweetness, fine acidity, and a moderate bitterness at the end.
Overall, the balance is smooth with strong rice flavor.
A moderate lingering aftertaste
I would recommend this sake to those who are not good at sake, it is very easy to drink.
I like to drink it cold. As the temperature rises, the aroma of rice can be felt more strongly, which is also a nice sensation.
What would you like to serve with it?
I think of Japanese food as an appetizer, such as tofu paste with cheese, or a combination of fruit and vinegar.
I think it would also go well with fatty, high quality meat.
I don't know, maybe a peach sauce.
I'll give it a try sometime.
The name Queen comes from the 12% alcohol content. It may or may not have anything to do with the band Queen.
And it's a special pure. It looks like a conductor, and it's not a musical instrument. And it's not a Masamune to begin with. I can't believe it. What is it?
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodle Wine. What a good start to November to laugh in the morning. I will not write anything about the taste! That's how I'm going to go, so please keep it up.
I've had a cold for the past week or so and have been abstaining from drinking, which means I'm finally getting better. Gakki was more than enough to recharge my desire to drink sake.
It's delicious. Low alcohol content and refreshing. It has a nice gassy feel to it.
Isn't it getting harder to buy Masamune lately? It can't be helped that it's a delicious sake.
