I bought it again this year.
It was purchased at a roadside station near a sake brewery because it was a little out of season.
It is a pity that they did not have any autumn harvest this year.
When drunk on its own, it has a spicy taste with a tangy, sharp taste that disappears quickly and is very refreshing.
It tastes even better when paired with the autumn taste of Akitagiri.
The fourth picture is the Echigo beer we drank in between.
I drank it at first at about Hanakairo, then lukewarm, and finally at room temperature.
As it says on the back of the label, it is best served cold or at room temperature.... It tastes good heated, but the bitterness is a little too assertive. The dry taste is mixed well with the sweetness in hiya, and the sweetness stands out at room temperature, giving it the best balance. I like Tokujun because you can enjoy this sense of balance.
After preparing for the office relocation, I go to an izakaya with a colleague from another section (Namie Amuro oshi) who had come on a business trip with me after work. It is our first time drinking together, but we talk a lot! We talk to the lady at the izakaya and ask her for her recommendation. We order gansu, grilled oysters, sea urchin, spinach, and more. Delicious!
After ordering beer, we drink some local sake.
This year's summer nigori seems to have become sparkling.
I saw a video on Ono Sake Brewery's Facebook page showing how to open it.
But it didn't work that well.
It took me about 10 minutes to open it.
And since I kept opening and closing the bottle, the cap was ruined, so what was I going to do?
I was like, "What am I going to do now?
The sizzle is like calpis soda.
It tastes just like it and is delicious.
It was worth the wait.
Hmmm...
The preface was longer.
The fourth picture is also a local beer from Hiroshima Prefecture.
This is a delicious yogurt-flavored beer.
We had it at Fukumotoya, a proper kakuchi-ya in Hiroshima.
The main sake here is junmai (pure rice).
We had it cold.
The aroma was subdued. The taste is...how should I say it? It is like a big, mature, and sure-fire big shot, coming in quickly at first, but not in a watery way, but more like a village A with a strong presence.
It's like, "Oh, this is different, isn't it? This is different from the usual. The sweetness and aroma that made me think, "This is different from the usual" spread in the mouth, and just before drinking, it bloomed discreetly and disappeared with the lingering aroma of rice.
It was an evening that left me deeply moved, as I could not remember ever having had a sake like this before.
It was another good sake today.
The aroma is banana and green bamboo type.
Contrary to the aroma, the mouthfeel is sharp. The flavor that spreads in the mouth seems to change if it is drunk at room temperature.
I will give it a try when I get a good bottle.

The aroma is subtle, and you can taste the rice flavor on the palate, and the dry taste is immediately apparent. (^◇^;)💦.

Drinking out series
This is another 2019 manufactured product.
It just disappears so fast.
It disappears from your mouth in a blur.
The sake and sourness that you feel at the first moment is good.
It disappears quickly, so be careful not to drink too much.
I wake up in the morning.
The first thing that comes to mind is the horse.
I cut the most popular horse.
"What's wrong?" I wanted people to ask me.
Green grass. Lucky to be on the outside.
I'm going for the big prize. I'm so lucky today!
Yuki, I'm melting.
I would never say you're a bum, but...
I can't even look you in the eye.
I'm not in love with a horse.
I like you, Yuki.
The weather forecast lied.
Downpouring rain
I don't want to take out the racing paper that's still in my bag.
I sighed.
The trackman.
"If it's a good track, he's in the money."
The horse behind you is mocking you.
I heard the sound of falling into the swamp.
Yuichi, I'm suffocating!
The right hand that's touching you is trembling.
My heart is pounding. I'm looking at an ATM.
I can reach out to you. What do I do?
My heart goes out to you.
Please come back in time. I'm losing.
But it feels so good, I'm betting on it!
Yuki, we're getting to the station...
I can't go home. Tickets are expensive.
Yuki, let's get over that fence.
I have to say bye-bye now.
Push me out now!
...goodbye.
Purchased at a roadside station on the way back from visiting Doji Dam, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Hiroshima.
I was curious about the young leaves 🌱.
I thought it was fluffy and sweet, but it was tangy on the tongue, and after passing through the nose, it quickly recedes.
It's not a distinctive taste, but I never get tired of it.
Let's try different old turtles 🐢.
