The aroma is insanely gorgeous and fruity. It is dry and light on the palate, so it would go well with fish dishes. Carbonation was added, making it a champagne-like drink. ‼️
Sake is infused with carbonic acid to make it sparkling.
I don't think sake and carbonation go well together.
Carbonation is delicious when it is naturally fizzed in the bottle, like unfiltered raw sake, to the point of being tangy on the tongue.
