Nice aroma like fruits and flowers, the first thing you feel when you take a sip is a fruity sweet aroma, the mouthfeel is mild, but the carbonation is quite strong and refreshing. In contrast to the sweet aroma, it has a dry and refreshing aftertaste, and is especially delicious when well chilled! I think this sake goes well not only with Japanese food but also with Western food.

The aroma is insanely gorgeous and fruity. It is dry and light on the palate, so it would go well with fish dishes. Carbonation was added, making it a champagne-like drink. ‼️
