First time drinking this sake. It's a clear, dry sake. In a strange way, it drinks like water.
But it goes well with strong-flavored food.
In addition to the main dish of chicken on the bone, I ate a lot of snacks, and I drank and ate too much today! I have to keep it down at night.

Tried it in 375ml.
It's very refreshing and refreshing, and I think it's great as an aperitif.

Currently "Sakrao B&D". Purchased at Hiroshima Station. It has a sake-like flavor with a gentle rice flavor, and although the label is colored, the contents are authentic Hiroshima sake.

Nice aroma like fruits and flowers, the first thing you feel when you take a sip is a fruity sweet aroma, the mouthfeel is mild, but the carbonation is quite strong and refreshing.
In contrast to the sweet aroma, it has a dry and refreshing aftertaste, and is especially delicious when well chilled!
I think this sake goes well not only with Japanese food but also with Western food.
The aroma is insanely gorgeous and fruity. It is dry and light on the palate, so it would go well with fish dishes. Carbonation was added, making it a champagne-like drink. ‼️
