Today, we visited Kiku no Tsukasa's sake brewery.  We tasted various brands, listened to their explanations, and purchased three of their dry wines.  The people at the store were very nice.  I would love to join the brewery tour when the Corona is settled!  Today, we will start with this one.  The slightly tangy taste is followed by a delicious spread of flavor. The aftertaste that goes away smoothly makes it a really delicious sake.

One-cup challenge (Polish) / Oooh! Tasted 100ml of Genmai and drank enough Alcohol 15 degrees Pale yellowish color I thought it might be spicy, but it's not ❗️. It's the type of sake that you drink slowly while enjoying a little bit of something 😄. I picked up some cod sprouts and used them as tempura🎶. I also tempura the wakasagi that I had frozen 💕 It goes well with bonito tataki too! I also made crabapple salad 🥗💮! I'd like to try it with meat, but I've made too much tempura💦. Polished rice 70%, alcoholic beverage. I bought it on impulse when I found it at Nagatsuka Sake Store. It was the first time I saw Shichifukujin in Tokyo, and it was also the first time I saw this Shichifukujin. It has a pungent aroma. I couldn't tell what it was. The attack is thick and alcoholic. It's cheap, and I think it would taste better warmed up.

Sake purchased in Morioka at the end of the year for the New Year. A little? I was a little late, but I opened the bottle. The Hiraoki Shoten where I bought it is a liquor store where you can have a corner bar, and I heard that Rui Yoshida visited there. There is a very nice old lady there. The flavor is strong, with a lingering finish and a nice crispness. It seems to go well with oden and yakitori on a cold night. It is a good old-fashioned sake. It's not a sake for New Year's, but rather a sake for everyday drinking!

65% polished rice What is the aroma? It's strong for rice, and it's not exactly fruity... When you put it in your mouth, it is dry. I think I like Junmai Daiginjo better... But when I paired it with some snacks, it was refreshing. The snacks are okazu gakko.

The aroma is fruity and Fruity melon like sweetness in the mouth 😋. The impression is rich and delicious If I had to pick a similar sake, I'd say Jyushiro😊. This is a hit👍. It's so good... so good that I drank too much today? Definitely🤣 It's a good thing that good sake doesn't leave a residue the next day. I sleep too well and wake up at odd hours these days😅.

I opened a bottle of the size that I can drink in comparison with Yamawaboshi. This brand is more common in supermarkets than sake shops. It was originally a Daiginjo sake, but a few years ago It was originally a daiginjo-shu, but a few years ago it was brushed up and became a junmai daiginjo-shu😆. The aroma of the rice is thicker than the ginjo aroma The flavor of the rice is also very strong. It has a refreshing, light and dry taste 😋. Dry and crisp with a very nice throat hit🎶. However, for a ginjo sake, it is not fruity💦. The Yamawaboshi is sweeter and more smooth. But the Shichifukujin is very sharp and you can drink it as much as you like😁. If it's a midday drink, it's Yamawaboshi. If it's a sake by itself, it's probably Shichifukujin. If you compare these two
