The taste is too complex for me to understand, but all I can say is that it's good.
I know I'm always pushing Houken, but I really want you to try it, whether you like the classic dry taste or the fruity taste of today's world. I guarantee you will be surprised and discoveries will be made for both. I know it's not easy to get it, especially in the Kanto area, but if you come across it, we'd love to have it.

A very good autumn sake as a food sake! The astringency and acidity, including bitterness, give it a nice crispness. It also has a refreshing coolness. After that, the umami taste spreads, though not strongly. The flavor increases as the temperature approaches room temperature. It is as if the umami has been added to Houken, which is easy to drink without getting tired of it, and the depth has been added to it.

Purchased at a liquor store in Tokyo Station.
I chose a sake from Hiroshima Prefecture, which I had never tasted before.
It has a slightly fruity flavor, but the sweetness disappears quickly and easily without leaving a sweet taste in the mouth.
I don't like fruity sake, but this one has just the right amount of sweetness!
