I drank too much yesterday and forgot to raise it! Bottom of the bottle. Sour and refreshing. It is dry, crisp, and has just the right amount of flavor. It is refreshing and drains off the fat from the pork stew. A little bit of flavor is missing, don't you think? Taste level ☆3/5

The retro label makes you think it has a classic flavor, but the moderate sweetness gives it a clean and crisp aftertaste. A perfect sake for everyday drinking. It is also a wallet-friendly sake.
