Nigori Junmai Ginjo! No heat treatment!
The mouthfeel is full of nigori's characteristic rice flavor, but the aftertaste is dry and refreshing!
Serve with stewed red liver!
It has a carbonation that tickles the tongue and a clean, rich sweetness, and thanks to the delicious taste of rice and moderate acidity, it is so well-balanced that you never get tired of drinking it...or rather, you drink too much of it. It reminds me of Calpis soda.
I was told that it is only available in winter. I would like to buy it again during the season.
Pure rice nigorizake made with specially cultivated Fukunohana rice. It is fermented in the bottle, so it foams slightly. Even though it's nigori and fizzy, it has a crisp finish that matches the osechi.
Personal Assessment
★★★★☆
My first nigori sake.
Not too sweet as I thought it would be, just the right amount of acidity and sweetness ✨.
Drank it with hot pot in the winter time, nice combination!

I don't think I will drink it again
I bought this because I wanted to experience a bubbly sake. Of course, I had to chill it sufficiently before opening the bottle.
It's a dry, bubbly sake.
As a novice to bubbly sake, I find it easier to drink sweet sake.
It is less bubbly than sparkling wine.
It's good with ice, so I made it on the rocks, and the dryness disappeared, making it easy to drink. I recommend drinking it on the rocks!
