I bought this because I wanted to experience a bubbly sake. Of course, I had to chill it sufficiently before opening the bottle.
It's a dry, bubbly sake.
As a novice to bubbly sake, I find it easier to drink sweet sake.
It is less bubbly than sparkling wine.
It's good with ice, so I made it on the rocks, and the dryness disappeared, making it easy to drink. I recommend drinking it on the rocks!
