Tamamura Honten's sake is more famous for its Shiga Kogen beer. I like the unchanged drinking experience, which is a bit peculiar compared to today's sake.
Spring break a little early, Shibu Onsen in northern Nagano
Enki is a local sake of this region
If you say "sake" at a soba restaurant, you will get sake from this brewery, which is a honjozo sake.
To put it mildly, the best sake!
As the brewery's website says, to drink this sake
I thought you might want to come to Shibu Onsen.

Nigori is not sweet and tasty, which is the latest trend
It was crisp and dry, also delicious.
As expected, the rice polishing ratio is 39%, making it one of the most fruity Enki wines.
However, the sweetness is moderate, as is the case with Enki, and it is still a food sake.
If that's the case, fruity lovers would not be willing to pay this price, so I think it's fine for Enki to go the dry route.
A souvenir from Shiga Kogen.
Lightly effervescent. Softness typical of light nigori. Beautiful sourness with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
Drink it in small sips.
Enbaku
Dry Junmai Sake
This is a very old-fashioned sake, and I didn't like it much.
The team that likes dry and classic sake was happy to drink it, though.
This is the image of sake I had when I thought sake was spicy.

Tasting Notes
Aroma
Aroma like a traditional yeast mash (can be removed by turning), a little petrol, alcohol
Taste
Yamaenishiki (not so peculiar in aroma and taste)
It has a smooth mouthfeel and a faint sweetness like coffee candy. The aftertaste is thin and powerful, with a hint of bitterness in the after taste.
Marriage
Foods with rich flavor and peculiar taste such as river fish
Technical
Sake rice: Yamae Nishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 55

Acidity
Amino acidity

A warmed glass. The aroma of the rice is full, and the taste is thin, but the bitterness of the alcohol spreads. In the second half, it became boring.
Another glass at room temperature... The aroma is refreshing. First a sweet and then a dainty taste. A slight mellowness is perceived at the end.
This is a gem that I received as a hometown tax payment.
This is a return gift from Kijimadaira Village in Nagano. It is made from Hitogochi, a sake rice from Nagano. It has a juicy sweetness and rough acidity. It is good to drink with meat dishes and Chinese food.
By the way, 9,000 yen for 2 bottles of 900ml is very reasonable.
