The brewery is famous for its Shiga Kogen beer. Sake is not available outside of the prefecture, so it seems rare.
Speaking of Shiga Kogen, I remember going there for skiing on a school excursion in junior high school. At that time, the Kansai area was covered by Docomo, Cellular, J-Phone, and Tukur, so I remember how happy I was when I saw a signboard of IDO in Nagano.
I bought it at Enibrew near Nakamozu station. It is a restaurant where you can drink craft beer, but they have been selling beer for a year now, and they also sell Japanese sake on an irregular basis.
They seem to carry products from the craft beer breweries they deal with that sell sake. They have three brands: Enki, Seiki no Ichi, and Kumezakura.
There was also Kinmon-nishiki, but I chose Yamae-nishiki.
Slightly effervescent. Full of umami, with a lot of gusto. There is a bitterness at the end. It has a unique atmosphere. There is a coffee and caramel-like aroma.
Good evening, Umaisan😃
I was curious about this because I sometimes see sake on your instagram. I was overwhelmed by the event that day because it was so packed and hyah-ha-ha 🤣.
Good evening, Lutherthemi 😃.
You're right, you all know what you're doing 😁 it would be fun to have that many craft beers on tap 😊 I should have bought some beers too 🙄.
A souvenir from a ski trip to Shiga Kogen.
It is darker than the Yukizaru we received the other day. It has a beautiful acidity, a very slight effervescence, a moderate alcohol taste, and a bitter taste. The unique taste is addictive.
We prefer this one to Yukizaru.
Light and refreshing. Drinks like water 😆.
I ordered this after having a beer from the same Tamamura Honten to go with the buffet food at the hotel where I stayed.
It does not disturb the meal.
It is said that it can only be drunk at Shibu Onsen inns, and it does not seem to be available on the Internet.
It has a unique aroma that arouses curiosity.
The first sip is full of sake flavor and a clear deliciousness. The aftertaste is a gem that smoothly recedes.
Next to it is a Shiga Kogen beer made at the same brewery.
I was hooked on this one too. I was hooked on this one as well.
Opened November 20, 2022
Purchased at the brewery
Juicy like sizzling meat juice or fruit juice (o^^o).
Strong sweetness of rice. Mild. Sourness is controlled and very smooth😊.
I couldn't taste it but it was a good decision to buy it ^ ^.
The bottle in the middle of the picture
Slightly twangy, caramelized, aged aroma and sweetness.
It seems to be good for those who want some personality as it has a gentle, not bad peculiarity.
6/10
A special junmai sake made from 59% polished Hitogokochi rice.
Tamamura Honten is the same company that makes Shiga Kogen Beer.
I had it at room temperature because they didn't seem to have any chilled ones, but I could taste the richness and sweetness, which was a bit thick and mild.
The aftertaste was a bit weak, as if it was quickly fading away.
I started a business trip to Shinshu yesterday.
On the way home, I took a short detour. Soaking in the footbath in front of the station, I enjoyed a drink at the station instead of drinking iron.
This sake is a bit peculiar, but it has a nice, refreshing sweetness. I drank it in one gulp.
Although we could not take a bath in the hot spring, the footbath while drinking is also great.
Nobu Nobu-san, are you going on a business trip to Shinshu?
I'm behind you...
NOMINOMI station has a nice sound 🤗.
Retro station building, but Nagano Dentetsu❓Ueda Dentetsu❓
Ueda Electric Railway❓
While on a business trip to Nagano, I stayed at Shibu Onsen and enjoyed the local sake Enma.
After getting a 300ml bottle of cold sake, I ordered an additional bottle of Teppa sake.
There is not much aroma, but the sweetness and umami spread on the palate, followed by a dry and sharp taste.
It is simple but reassuring, just like old-fashioned sake.
Engi era (901.7.15-923.4.11)
unfiltered, unpasteurized sake (unrefined)
What I noticed this time was that it was a nama sake? Nama sake? I liked the handsome
