As expected, the rice polishing ratio is 39%, making it one of the most fruity Enki wines. However, the sweetness is moderate, as is the case with Enki, and it is still a food sake. If that's the case, fruity lovers would not be willing to pay this price, so I think it's fine for Enki to go the dry route.

Enbaku Dry Junmai Sake This is a very old-fashioned sake, and I didn't like it much. The team that likes dry and classic sake was happy to drink it, though. This is the image of sake I had when I thought sake was spicy.

This is a gem that I received as a hometown tax payment. This is a return gift from Kijimadaira Village in Nagano. It is made from Hitogochi, a sake rice from Nagano. It has a juicy sweetness and rough acidity. It is good to drink with meat dishes and Chinese food. By the way, 9,000 yen for 2 bottles of 900ml is very reasonable.
