I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

I started a business trip to Shinshu yesterday. On the way home, I took a short detour. Soaking in the footbath in front of the station, I enjoyed a drink at the station instead of drinking iron. This sake is a bit peculiar, but it has a nice, refreshing sweetness. I drank it in one gulp. Although we could not take a bath in the hot spring, the footbath while drinking is also great.

While on a business trip to Nagano, I stayed at Shibu Onsen and enjoyed the local sake Enma. After getting a 300ml bottle of cold sake, I ordered an additional bottle of Teppa sake. There is not much aroma, but the sweetness and umami spread on the palate, followed by a dry and sharp taste. It is simple but reassuring, just like old-fashioned sake.

Junmai sake bought as a souvenir at Shibu Onsen Nagano's sake is often humble but deeply satisfying. This sake is no exception. After the traditional spicy aroma alcohol and rice flavor. To put it mildly, it is an excellent sake.

As expected, the rice polishing ratio is 39%, making it one of the most fruity Enki wines. However, the sweetness is moderate, as is the case with Enki, and it is still a food sake. If that's the case, fruity lovers would not be willing to pay this price, so I think it's fine for Enki to go the dry route.

Enbaku Dry Junmai Sake This is a very old-fashioned sake, and I didn't like it much. The team that likes dry and classic sake was happy to drink it, though. This is the image of sake I had when I thought sake was spicy.
