I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

Engi era (901.7.15-923.4.11) Alcohol smell. Slightly twitchy aroma. Dry with a firm taste. The directly-managed store has a stylish interior. The view is nice in a hot spring resort area. Since it is located near Nakano City, it is a good place to visit together with Seimasamune, Iwashimizu, Shigaizumi, and Tenryohomare. The brewery is famous for its Shiga Kogen beer. I heard that sake is only distributed around Shiga Kogen. I have never seen it. Beer is sold around there, though.

Nagano Purchased at a liquor store I asked my regular liquor store for a recommendation for a good sake in a drinkable size and they recommended this one 💁 I couldn't drink it so I took it home with me! This is the first time I've seen it as a brand name! First time for Tamamura Honten ‼️ I immediately opened the bottle 🍶 and it was delicious😊. Mild mouthfeel, with a mild aftertaste that finishes off nicely 🤔I get the impression of a sweetness that is not habit-forming ☺️ Very well balanced and tasty considering the size and price 😋. Thank you for the treat 😋.

On a trip to Nagano, we stopped at Togakushi Shrine and Zenkoji Temple, stayed overnight at a hotel in Shiga Kogen, and had a cup of sake served cold. The sake was sweeter than expected and easy to drink. The spiciness and richness were moderate.

The brewery is famous for its Shiga Kogen beer. Sake is not available outside of the prefecture, so it seems rare. Speaking of Shiga Kogen, I remember going there for skiing on a school excursion in junior high school. At that time, the Kansai area was covered by Docomo, Cellular, J-Phone, and Tukur, so I remember how happy I was when I saw a signboard of IDO in Nagano. I bought it at Enibrew near Nakamozu station. It is a restaurant where you can drink craft beer, but they have been selling beer for a year now, and they also sell Japanese sake on an irregular basis. They seem to carry products from the craft beer breweries they deal with that sell sake. They have three brands: Enki, Seiki no Ichi, and Kumezakura. There was also Kinmon-nishiki, but I chose Yamae-nishiki. Slightly effervescent. Full of umami, with a lot of gusto. There is a bitterness at the end. It has a unique atmosphere. There is a coffee and caramel-like aroma.
