Then a bottle of local sake. I was so drunk that I have no memory except that it was delicious! No doubt it was delicious!
It was a really nice hot spring. Oyu was good too.

I bought it for some reason for the free shipping.
It tasted good...but the aftertaste was a little habitual and I didn't like it so I let it sit for a day.
I let it sit for a day, and when it settled down and I ate it with grilled meat, I didn't mind it anymore and enjoyed it.

Alcohol smell. Slightly twitchy aroma. Dry with a firm taste.
The directly-managed store has a stylish interior. The view is nice in a hot spring resort area. Since it is located near Nakano City, it is a good place to visit together with Seimasamune, Iwashimizu, Shigaizumi, and Tenryohomare.
The brewery is famous for its Shiga Kogen beer. I heard that sake is only distributed around Shiga Kogen. I have never seen it. Beer is sold around there, though.

I asked my regular liquor store for a recommendation for a good sake in a drinkable size and they recommended this one 💁 I couldn't drink it so I took it home with me!
This is the first time I've seen it as a brand name!

Mild mouthfeel, with a mild aftertaste that finishes off nicely 🤔I get the impression of a sweetness that is not habit-forming ☺️

On a trip to Nagano, we stopped at Togakushi Shrine and Zenkoji Temple, stayed overnight at a hotel in Shiga Kogen, and had a cup of sake served cold.
The sake was sweeter than expected and easy to drink.
The spiciness and richness were moderate.
