As expected, the rice polishing ratio is 39%, making it one of the most fruity Enki wines.
However, the sweetness is moderate, as is the case with Enki, and it is still a food sake.
If that's the case, fruity lovers would not be willing to pay this price, so I think it's fine for Enki to go the dry route.
