I met this brewery at a department store brewery festival.
I have a connection to Niihama, but I didn't know it had a brewery.
A very friendly female toji-san was there, and she let us try some of the sake.
It has a slight sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste!
I bought this and a mandarin liqueur.
The other drinks were also delicious. I thought I'd try it again next time!
They explained to us that the mandarin orange liqueur "Ai Aru Liqueur" Ehime Mikan DE Sake is made from Manana mandarins.
