5/10
This sake is made from Shizuku Ehime, the first sake rice variety in Ehime Prefecture. This is my first time drinking it.
The taste is fruity and fresh like apples or pears.
I don't know if this is derived from the rice.
There was a slightly vague aftertaste, which is difficult to describe, but it was different from the flavor of the rice.
I would like to compare another sake made with Shizuku Ehime.

Drinking sake at home.
I opened a bottle of sake that my parents bought for me.
I opened a bottle of sake that my parents bought for me to drink warm. I drank it at room temperature.
It was quite dry, but not harshly alcoholic, and very refreshing.
It is very dry, but has a very clean and refreshing taste.
It tastes very refreshing. When drunk hot or lukewarm, the aroma

It has a nice aroma when warmed up. It is a must have for warming sake.
It is a must-have for warming sake.
It's a must-have for warming sake.
Sake at the welcome bar includes local Niihama sake. It feels like a local country sake. The first taste is a little bit cloying, but this is also considered to be a characteristic of the sake.
Sake purchased at the Hankyu Department Store's Sake Brewer's Festival (3)
You don't usually come to department stores, do you? When I asked him about it, he said he couldn't come to the regular week-long tasting and sales in the basement because there are not many brewers there. He said he would come to the year-end Kuramoto Matsuri.
The label looks like it was printed with an inkjet printer, and I wonder if it was prepared only for this event.
The price is a bit expensive, over 2,000 yen.
It is a junmai daiginjo, but it does not have much of a ginjo aroma. It has a strong umami flavor. A little like the Junmai Daiginjo Hi-ire that I had at a sushi restaurant the other day.
I think I prefer it with a little more sweetness.
Maybe I should have had Nagaragawa's direct-filtered unfiltered nama sake.
I heard that Hanaheizakura has a reputation for being sweet and fruity, but this is different. I bought it after tasting it, but it's not good to complain.
I don't know why I think I'm less likely to be disappointed if I buy it without tasting it.
I feel like it's more fruity than the one I just opened.
Good evening.
I haven't been to the brewery festival for a while.
I always buy Hanaheizakura Junmai and Honjozo.
Some of the nama-shu may be a bit fruity, but I am also of the opinion that Hanaheizakura is on the umami side!
Good evening, Shinjou-san 🌃
Now that I think about it, 2019 was crowded and very dense 😅.
I was surprised that they brought a Daiginjo and not a glamorous one at an event that attracts beginners and enthusiasts alike 😯.
Good morning, bouken-san 🐰
I went there on the afternoon of the 28th, but all of them were sold out of the draft sake, and the ones I was looking for, Yukinojin and Gin no Iroha, were also sold out 😿 I was able to buy the one I wanted, Sentoku from Miyazaki prefecture, so I am looking forward to the Kasumisake.
Hello, Usagi-Goden!
Even on Saturday afternoon, there were only a few items left 💦I really wish I could go on the first day, but it's a weekday and it will be empty 🤔.
I've been curious about this brand for a while. I heard it is unfiltered. It is gorgeous and fruity. It is refreshing. I wonder if the spiciness gets stronger as the temperature rises. I heard that there is a draft version of this, so I would like to try it.
Two nights in a row of Ehime sake drinking comparison. The top batter was a sake brewery in Niihama City, Niihama, Shinsukacho. Sake from Toyo-cho. Unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed with brewer's yeast. Sake rice "Shizukuhime". The roughness of unfiltered sake was felt at the entrance and in the mouth, while the softness was felt over the throat, perhaps because of the "SHIZUKUHIME" rice. Sake meter rating +5.
Shikoku Pilgrimage Picture Scroll No. 59, Iyo Kokubunji Temple. Hanahime Sakura Junmai Sake
Crisp and dry! A sake that seems to go well with everything. It brings out the best in your snacks. We enjoyed it with sauteed oysters today. I'll be back!
I met this brewery at a department store brewery festival.
I have a connection to Niihama, but I didn't know it had a brewery.
A very friendly female toji-san was there, and she let us try some of the sake.
It has a slight sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste!
I bought this and a mandarin liqueur.
The other drinks were also delicious. I thought I'd try it again next time!
They explained to us that the mandarin orange liqueur "Ai Aru Liqueur" Ehime Mikan DE Sake is made from Manana mandarins.
Mana Mikan! It's a brand of mikan.
They are delicious! Then it must be a delicious liqueur!
Of course it was delicious~!
It's become my favorite brewery.
Oh...⁉︎ It's got an aged feel!
It's got a savory aroma, too.
The color of the sake is also yellow.
Take a sip.
The flavor and bitterness of the sake... and then
Then it changes to sourness.
And finally, spiciness? Spicy? It leaves a spicy taste.
The label is a different color from the "Ginpu" we opened the other day.
This time, it is the purple label of "Omachi".
The taste is completely different.
