Two nights in a row of Ehime sake drinking comparison. The top batter was a sake brewery in Niihama City, Niihama, Shinsukacho. Sake from Toyo-cho. Unfiltered unpasteurized sake brewed with brewer's yeast. Sake rice "Shizukuhime".
