Sake purchased at the Hankyu Department Store's Sake Brewer's Festival (3)
You don't usually come to department stores, do you? When I asked him about it, he said he couldn't come to the regular week-long tasting and sales in the basement because there are not many brewers there. He said he would come to the year-end Kuramoto Matsuri.
The label looks like it was printed with an inkjet printer, and I wonder if it was prepared only for this event.
The price is a bit expensive, over 2,000 yen.
It is a junmai daiginjo, but it does not have much of a ginjo aroma. It has a strong umami flavor. A little like the Junmai Daiginjo Hi-ire that I had at a sushi restaurant the other day.
I think I prefer it with a little more sweetness.
Maybe I should have had Nagaragawa's direct-filtered unfiltered nama sake.
I heard that Hanaheizakura has a reputation for being sweet and fruity, but this is different. I bought it after tasting it, but it's not good to complain.
I don't know why I think I'm less likely to be disappointed if I buy it without tasting it.
I feel like it's more fruity than the one I just opened.

Good evening.
I haven't been to the brewery festival for a while.
I always buy Hanaheizakura Junmai and Honjozo.
Some of the nama-shu may be a bit fruity, but I am also of the opinion that Hanaheizakura is on the umami side!

Good evening, Shinjou-san 🌃
Now that I think about it, 2019 was crowded and very dense 😅.
I was surprised that they brought a Daiginjo and not a glamorous one at an event that attracts beginners and enthusiasts alike 😯.

Good morning, bouken-san 🐰
I went there on the afternoon of the 28th, but all of them were sold out of the draft sake, and the ones I was looking for, Yukinojin and Gin no Iroha, were also sold out 😿 I was able to buy the one I wanted, Sentoku from Miyazaki prefecture, so I am looking forward to the Kasumisake.

Hello, Usagi-Goden!
Even on Saturday afternoon, there were only a few items left 💦I really wish I could go on the first day, but it's a weekday and it will be empty 🤔.
