ジョナジョナ
Ehime sake made from Hokkaido rice. Read as Hanahime Sakura. It has been nearly two years since its production.
It has a ginjo aroma that is typical of rice, a sweetness with a sense of maturity and moderate acidity that is not too strong, and a flavor that spreads slowly but leaves a light aftertaste.
The taste is similar to that of Kikuhime, and it is the type of sake that complements the taste of food.
