This is my husband's jackpot sake (◍-ᴗ-◍).
It is said to be slightly dry and sharp with a clean finish.
It is easy to drink and has a slightly umami taste, but it is a sake that goes well with cold sake! Also, it is true that it has a clean aftertaste! This is delicious!

This is the first year I have participated in the Akita Tour Ginjo Sake Gacha!
I purchased a 3-bottle set for 5,500 yen including shipping, and my favorite Ichihakusuisei, Yuki no Bijin and Kikusui, which I've never had before, arrived!
Personally, I hit the jackpot with this set!
I immediately opened the first bottle of Kikusui!
When poured into a glass, it has a yellowish color with a sense of maturity.

Oh, it's Kikusui 🎶.
In the sake world, it is one of the lowest ranking sake breweries in Akita Prefecture😅.
But this brewery's sake called Kisaburo's sake was the first sake I ever thought was good in my life 🍶.
That was over 20 years ago (laughs).
I miss it so much!
