Akita Sake Fest #10 28 out of 36 Akita breweries participated First festival in 3 years for sake drinkers😅. Special guest Yasuko Kuramoto❣️ Yasuko-san is also tasting around 😊. First time for Kikusui, it's in Noshiro city. It's a sake brewery in the north of Akita. I asked her for a recommendation and she said 10,000 yen for a four-pack. They recommended Ore no Kame Daichi 🐢 😀. Just at the last glass. The most umedogodaa❗️ and he shouted 😅 Yummmmessssss!

Kikusui Shuzo Junmai Ginjo Tsumugi. The aroma is mild but fruity. It is a delicious sake with a sweet flavor and a bitter taste at the end. It is aged in a tunnel at low temperature.

We were drinking Akita sake, so there was another sake that caught my attention. Tsumugi When a neighbor asked for a bottle, it had just been opened and the proprietress encouraged everyone around to try a little! I'll have this one, too, honestly. Junmai Ginjo. A little spicy. Good on the palate👌. We will eat it with oyster vinegar and curry roux. extensive knowledge 100% Akita Sake Komachi is used. Slightly dry, with a crisp, clean finish. Matured in tunnel storage for about 6 months.

Oh, it's Kikusui 🎶. In the sake world, it is one of the lowest ranking sake breweries in Akita Prefecture😅. But this brewery's sake called Kisaburo's sake was the first sake I ever thought was good in my life 🍶. That was over 20 years ago (laughs). I miss it so much!

Kikusui Junmai Ginjo Akita Jun Ginjo It has a beautiful aroma and a gentle mouthfeel. The taste is rich and the alcohol is a little strong. The sweetness and bitterness of the rice mesh well together, making it easy to drink. It has a strong flavor, so it was delicious even when paired with cheesecake with amazake without losing.
